The indoor pool was quite cold

The property is right next to the ski slopes and having the all inclusive option with great food and drinks made it a very easy and relaxing holiday. The staff are all amazing, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area.

Very well maintained. Good location. The staff were delightful and super helpful. The food was top notch and the variety was great, especially the salad bar. The all-in package was excellent value and I’ve never seen such a range of good quality wines included. They also gave discounts on the extensive, main wine list for all-in customers which meant that you could drink great Austrian wines at highly competitive prices.

The proximity to the ski lifts and Hinterglemm to have a drink. The spa is a treat after a day of skiing. Dinner is exceptional, four courses and a great selection of wines and drink. Kristina from the restaurant and her team with Christian serving drinks did a perfect job. The hotel feels like being with family.

We had awesome time in Saalbach, great location, good food and had really fun with all the staff. Harald especially was really welcoming and we had good discussions about Tampere and the Finnish Sauna traditions :-) Lisää löylyä!

Above expectations. the room was perfect with. views to the slopes, the location was just across the road from.ski hire and beginners slope and just a short walk to town with a variety of shops , gondola, and more advanced slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing with attentative wait staff. The facilities here were exceptional, sauna, spa, indoor, and outdoor pool. i would love to return with the whole family.

Needs some renovation in bathrooms, but everything is clean and working good

Charming family hotel with its own history and atmosphere. Superb breakfast! Fish, fruits, prosecco, everything you can imagine. Very friendly owners and staff. Free cakes buffet every afternoon. Nice spa zone, warm pool outside and inside. Water in bottles in your room every day. Very soft tap water from nature. Ski pass in the hotel.

Washing/dryer: The hotel has the option available which is great for a familiy with small kids. The machines, as well as the room where the machines are placed, would however benefit from being cleaned on a regular basis. Restaurant: The restaurant is overall spot on, but we would have appreciated an a la carte option, as its not always optimal with 3-4 courses when travelling with small kids.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Its just fantastic and we had a great stay - and even ended up staying for 2 days longer than originally planned. The hotel is great, the amenities (indoor/outdoor poo) are great, the dinner is very nice etc. And the room was also spot on for our family. The beds were very nice as well.

The rooms on the mountain view side of the hotel have to suffer a LOT of road noise: especially as there are significant infrastructure and civil engineering works going on, in advance of the the 2025 FIS Championships.

This hotel is top-notch. The facilities are amazing, with a standout sauna. The pool area is fantastic, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. There is also a playroom with a foosball table and ping-pong. The breakfast has a great selection of tasty food. The hotel is perfect for a ski trip as it is conveniently located close to the lifts and had electronic lockers for storing ski equipment. There is a shop for renting equipment right across the street. You can conveniently buy ski passes at the hotel's reception. The staff is incredibly friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great ski vacation.

everything lacked that little personal touch. a little too frugal. no teas in the sauna, no towels at sauna and pool ( you had to pick them up on reception), no blankets in sauna resting area; rooms don’t get cleaned unless you ask; no complementary teas, water or juices at Jause unless you order; small portions at lunch; no kettle in the room to make a tea, … website indicated 3 restaurants but only one was open and hence the was no place available in the evenings for dinner; since we had failed to book half pension, we had no possibility to dine at hotel in the evening and had to find alternative restaurants nearby that we had to drive to and we had difficulty getting a booking elsewhere; fortunately the hotel found a way to accommodate us eventually
