Everything was perfect and better than expected, nice breakfast, spaceous room with balcony with greatest view. Location also great if you have car everything is close by.

I loved this town and the hotel! Thomas was an incredible host and helped me plan my days, whether adventuring (mountain biking, via ferrata, etc.) or relaxing (Lanser See). I fully intend to return someday and coming from Colorado (USA) that is saying a lot!

Beautiful area to stay, balcony view amazing. Apartment has everything you need and bed is very comfortable. Also can get breakfast that was very good and awesome selection. We received a welcome card to use for transportation bus..Bus stop in front of Rathaus only 5 min away and will take you down town Innsbruck . Staff super friendly

Beautiful location, amazing view from balcony, the apartment had everything you need and you still can get breakfast that was very good and awesome selection . Bed was very comfortable . Bus stop in front of Rathaus only 5 min walk to get to down town Innsbruck.Staff was super friendly and helpful. They also gave a welcome card so we could use transportation bus… for free.

Beautiful mountain view. Very clean room. Bus every 10 minutes to Innsbruck and return from 200 metres away. Hotels and restaurants close by. Small fridge in the room.I always like a kettle in the room but I only had to ask for one to use. Very helpful and kind staff. If staying 2 nights or more there is a pass the reception email to you for free public transport. Parking on site a huge plus. Very employable stay.

No A/C in unit was a bit of a drag, lucky there were not much for bugs and we left door open all night but would suggest screens for door and windows if there will be no A/C.

The views were amazing and the free parking was awesome.

The room is not very big but clean. From the balcony you can see the beautiful mountains and landscapes. Hotel is not far from Innsbruck, only 25 minutes by bus, only 5 minutes walk to bus stop. If you stay for 2 nights hotel will give you a free bus pass. Such a quiet location, you can take a walk around or go hiking. If you looking for some place for escape from the busy life I highly recommend this hotel.

Cozy atmosphere in and around the hotel. Traditional style but still a modern, fresh feeling. Friendly service. Hotel is a short walk from the bus - frequent and fast connections to the city, even late in the evenings.

We had an excellent time at the Hotel Sonnenhof! The staff were great and the rooms very comfortable. It was easy to get in and out with public transportation. The views of Innsbruck and the surrounding Alps were incredible.

Hotel Sonnenhof was an excellent accommodation choice for our winter holiday. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the bus stop and a 20minute bus into Innsbruck town. The staff were so helpful and accommodating!

The hotel guy provided me with a place to put my bike in and it was accessible from the hotel, that was convenient when needed multiple picks for my bags. The hotel is also right on the München-Venezia cycling path (also Jakobsweg).
