Because of the location in Thumersbach, you can only reach Zell am See city center, any supermarket or any ski lift by car (there are few buses available).

The hotel is located on the shore of the Zeller See and you can admire the snowy Kitzsteinhorn from your balcony or even from your bed. In the evening you can see the lights from the Zell am See resort reflected beautifully on the surface of the lake. The appartment is very bright and warm, soundproof, on the third floor. The private kitchen is very useful. The appartment has two separate balconies with view on the lake.

Very good. Clean. Nice breakfast. Would suit people travelling with a car more perhaps. Bus transport stops approximately 7pm. Taxi to hotel from Zell am See approximately €20 per journey.

We had a view directly on the lake and it was so beautiful. Also the room was tidy, the facilities were good for skiiers and parking was included (room for drying ski shoes and skis).

The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet size was small. The room furniture is getting old and needs renovation.

The location of the hotel was perfect with a nice view to the lake.

The nature view in the description means the view on the toad and the hill near the road. Also it's a bit complicated to get to the hotel by public transport, but the quite place and nature compensate it.

The breakfast was very nice. The owners are very friendly. The room was cleaned every day.

If the hotel wants to stay within this budget, the focus should be on the beds, as I found the sleep to be quite uncomfortable.

I really loved that the hotel has a nice view. It's easy to access very easy to park. It has a ski room and a decent breakfast.

The accommodation on the shore of lake Zeller See (Zell am See - Thumersbach) was fantastic. Stunning views of the surrounding mountains. We only encountered smiling people at the hotel. It was a pleasant atmosphere.

the buses finish so early,so you must go back sooner than expected in the night time. but for Car users i guess not an issue

Old furniture, bad pillow. Not that expensive, but could improve your comfort a lot.

Very cozy gasthause just above the lake. Breathtaking view to the lake and the mountains from the balcony.Nice patio to the guest where you can go swimming to the lake. Lot of storage in the room and table with chairs.

Disappointed that there was no restaurant or bar. It would be helpful to inform guests on booking that there is no lift as carrying luggage to the 3rd floor was not great.

Balcony wood was looking in need of a little bit of wood stain, but that's probably me being a little picky, it did not detract from the stunning views and weather that we thoroughly enjoyed...

Location the balcony right on to the Lake, access right into the water for a swim, sunbathing facilities, free parking right next to the property. The family that runs it are very welcoming and very helpfull with letting you know how to use the ferry that crosses the lake which takes you to the town on the other side.. They had wine and beer in a fridge and only asked for 3 euro per drink, nice beers too.

Weak wifi connection in room but good in hallway and breakfast area. No elevator. Breakfast was continental and sufficient. Cereal, yogurt, breads, meats, cheese. No hot foods

Lake view from room and breakfast area was beautiful. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. Room had plenty of space. A short drive to ski slopes. Free parking on mountain. Lots of restaurants. The pedestrian walk/shopping area in Zell am See was enjoyable.
