Wonderful, kind, and very accommodating owners. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy. The breakfast buffet was absolutely divine – there’s something for everyone, even for those with food intolerances. This was our second time here, and definitely not the last. Highly recommended!

We could not regulate the heat in the room. But otherwise, everything was great.

Hotel has a good location. 1 min. walk from Spar, from the Ski bus and two restaurants were max. 5 min. walk from us. You need to make a reservation at least one day before. Parking place was sufficient. Hotel was nice and clean. Pillows were quite thick, but you can as for a thinner one at the reception. Breakfast was very good. Gluten free bread was available. I just had to let know the hotel in advance. Staff was very friendly and helpful, sauna was big and clean. Hotel has a big, heated room for your skis and ski boots. We needed 15 min. drive by car to Stubaier Gletscher. Bus was available too, departing every 10-15 min.

Breakfast was nice and complete but could do with a change of some contents as is same everyday for us for 4 days. Hosts helped us with finding hiking trails and bus rides to ski lifts & toboggan lifts. Quite convenient location near to town area.

The hosts are very kind and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. There is a bus stop and a supermarket nearby so it's really convenient for visitors or skiers. If I have the chance to visit there again, I will definitely choose to stay here🥰

The hotel offers a pleasant experience with an excellent location for accessing the Stubai Glacier. The owner is very welcoming and attentive to guests' needs. Additionally, the sauna facilities are a valued feature.

I loved everything.

The service was fantastic. The lady at reception (don't know if she was the owner, but felt that she was) was extremely polite and of service. Hotel was extremely clean. Location was great. The beds where perfect. When I go back to Stubai, will not even look at other hotels if this one is available.

The owners are incredibly nice and friendly. The hotel is next to a bus stop and is well connected to surrounding areas. Included in tbe prices, you also get a Stubai super card, which gives you free access to cable cars and bus rides and many other facilities. An amazing stay, strongly recommended!

Just for your information: I definitely saw heaters in the room - you don't freeze in the winter, but I haven't noticed conditioner in the room. It wasn't an issue for me at all and I don't know how hot the room in summer. Maybe, it is good even without the air conditioning :) And maybe the bigger rooms have conditioners - I don't know. Then, there is a wifi, but sometimes it wasn't very fast - so, video calling was a little unstable. It wasn't a big problem, but in case you want to work remotely from there - don't do it, just relax! :) One small thing: the doors are not that thick, so when people a passing by in the corridor - it can be heard. As well as when the water runs in the neighbouring rooms. It wasn't irritating for me at all, but if you prefer to be in a more silent space - ask the owners, I believe, they can provide you with the solution!

Accommodation: I booked a small room. A had a terrace and everything necessary: towels, gel. The room was quite simple and not that spacious, but I think that's because of the type of room I chose. Still it has everything: bed, wardrobe, chair and even a fridge. For the skies and snowboards they have a special room on the ground floor, where you can leave your stuff, including boots on the special heating elements. Location: the hotel is located near the renting store, near the Spar store and near 2 restaurants. You can find a numerous starts of the hiking routes nearby. Also, there is a bus stop in 2 minutes walking, where you can get on the bus going to the slopes. But, of course, you don't have a variety of bars and disco places around - it is more a relaxing quiet small town. You'll have to come up with your own activities :) Owners: they are amazing! They speak German and English. And they are very helpful! The owner told me about all the possible activities around, provided me with the actual information on the openness of different places and suggested me several places to visit. As I noticed they are trying to build good relations with all the guests - and it is extremely amazing! Breakfast: it is quite good and consists of different meat and cheese slices, vegetables, fruits and spreads. The owner could prepare you beverage (tea, coffee or chocolate) and boil eggs. The breakfast starts quite early, so it is possible to be ready for the first bus to the slopes :) Parking: they have their own territory for parking in front of hotel. It is big and spacious. Benefits: there is a sauna. It is not very big and definitely won't fit all the guests of the hotel, but it is quite a good bonus :)
