Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Saint BartsMaybe the possibility to eat at night. Something like 3 choices of meals (meat/fish/veggie that you can reheat yourself in the dining room. We are in summer and it’s easy and nice to got out but after a day on the slopes we know that we prefer to stay at the hotel after a good shower then going out. (ITS PERSONAL)
It's a little gem facing the mountain and in the middle of the fields, everything is beautiful, everything is well thought out and you walk in the middle of a museum, art is everywhere 🙌The owner is a lover of pretty things and plants. Bonsai and cactus are amazing. We also had one of the best breakfast ever!!!! And just have a look of the rooftop pool ! It looks like a ship and it matches so well with the Aliens statues. Perfect. For those with kids it’s the paradise!!!! Everything is made for them. Incredible.

Belgiumbar is too dark and not cosy and closes very early (8pm). The very nice swimming pool has limited opening hours during winter time (4-8pm), though was most of the time already closed before 7pm during our stay.
location close to the ski station, amazing breakfast, nice rooms, good wellness.

NetherlandsThe laser at reception is rather annoying.
Fantastic location, you can literally ski to the entrance of the ski room. 5 mins walk to everything you need. Great eye for details, from the amazing breakfast with everyday something new to explore to the coat hanger on the balcony.

AustraliaLovely hotel bar open in the evening, serving light bar snacks only, so be sure to make dinner reservations at local restaurants.
Location was great, right near the main lift station and able to ski home. In room sauna, rooftop heated spa and wellness centre. Stunning views of the mountain and village. Panorama suite was very comfortable for our family of 4. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Belgium* This hotel is marked as "access to the ski slopes". But in reality you have to walk more than the 200m they say to get in to the ski lift. With little kids, this is way too far to do by foot. After skiing, you can choose a little of road path to get to the hotel by ski. But then still you have to take off your skis and try to walk over the little hills full of deep snow in their garden which was really not easy and even dangerous to hurt yourself (especially kids). I don't understand that a hotel like this that says they have access to the ski slopes not even makes an effort to have a path from this off road ski path to their ski raum. Please make a clear path in the garden to the ski raum. * The beds are not good, they are definitely not comfortable enough for a hotel of this standard and the price you pay. * The toilet in our room had a really bad small, it smelled like pee all the time, even when no one used it for a long time. We mentioned this problem to the hotel staff, but the smell never really went away... * There are too many disco lights and not enough normal lights (way too dark) in the lobby, this does not invite to grab a drink there. * There is no restaurant in the hotel, so you always have to go somewhere else to eat. But there are no restaurants or bars in the direct neighborhood, the closest is a 7 minute steep walk. This is not so nice when you have really small kids that are already tired of skiing or when the wetter is bad. It would be so much better if the hotel also has a restaurant. * The breakfast is okay, but some things definitely missed like little breakfast breads (there were no chocolate breads, sugar breads or anything like that). There were for example donuts, but all cut in 4 little pieces, so if you are lucky and not everyone else got them already, you can get 1/4th of a donut (there were almost never restocked when they were gone).
Beautiful hotel and rooms with great views. Sauna and pool with amazing views. Great parking. The fresh orange juice at breakfast is amazing as well as the pancakes and waffles with fresh fruits and chocolat.

Czech RepublicThe water in the pool could have been a little warmer, the blue light in the toilet is crazy like someone has already said. :-)
Fabulous. Great & quiet location at the upper border of the Fiss town, close to the center (but uphill back :-), close to the main lift, great views, beautiful garden next to the hotel, great wellness, all the necessary facilities for your bikes (parking & washing). We also loved the wellness and the breakfast.

NetherlandsWe would have loved to have a second bathroom, but the bigger rooms come with just one bathroom. The art in the hotel is a bit weird :-) but hey, it is just part of the Lifestyle of the hotel.
Breakfast is AMAZING!! The spa/pool also the best. Location is good, like 5 min walk to the nearest lift. The hotel is very clean, beds are perfect, not too soft, not too hard. Really great hotel. And the parking garage is the most beautiful one I have ever seen :-)

SwitzerlandExtremely expensive (probably because of the location), and didn't seem value for money. The bar area was dark and gloomy with sort of disco lighting - often closed up and definitely felt unwelcoming, especially as that's the first area you encounter when coming in the front door. Didn't seem in keeping with the rest of the hotel's very tasteful decor and bright bedrooms. The barman seemed unfriendly also, especially in contrast to the other lovely staff. (Maybe just a bad day?)
The staff on check in and breakfast were very pleasant and helpful. The location was fantastic, so convenient for the ski lifts
