How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Absolutely nothing!!!
Incredible experience, amazing hotel, lovely location, and the staff really made our holiday. Very special hotel, can’t wait to be back next year.

Kitchen didn’t feel specifically clean upon arrival. I would expect at least salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar in a unit where you have a kitchen. There was no soap for washing dishes either. Water in spa showers could be colder for after sauna but overall just little improvements to be suggested.
Facilities are in great shape. Very good location close to slopes. Sauna is nice as well. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious.

Nothing really worth mentioning about.
The apartment was quite big, very clean and had everything needed for comfortable staying. The hotel has even a couple of wallboxes for charging e-vehicals - nice surprise ..

Loved everything
Fantastic hotel with great location to the lifts. Best spot in whole village. Such a lovely village. Skiing was superb. This was our first time here and would definitely come back

In the late evening we had the smell of cigarette smoke coming into our room and it was very disturbing. We suspect the neighbours were smoking in their room, but not sure where the smoke came from. As it was cold outside we could not sleep with the windows open all night to keep the smell out.
They upgrade our rooms and it was very spacious in a big Appartment with a kitchen. The bathroom was big with shower and bath. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of variety, but did have an additional charge.

We stayed at one of the apartments, the apartment was very spacious, very well equipped. Although we stayed at the ground floor (that is -3 in fact), we had a fantastic view of the mountains. Great facilities at the hotel including sauna, fit centre, childrens playroom, teenagers playroom and what have you! The location of the hotel is fantastic as its few steps from the cable car and very close the the centre of the town, shops, bars, restauratns etc. Ample parking at the back of the property

Beautiful Hotel in a lovely area, enjoyed the wellness suite. delicious and high quality breakfast buffet. Would love to come back in skiing season. Arrived on the way home from a Dolomites Motorbike trip, having just spent the day in the soaking rain and having the evening, night and morning at the hotel was just what we needed to pick everyone's spirits back up. Very nice and helpful staff too.

That we weren't there for longer because we loved it so much!
This is already our second year at this place because we enjoyed it last year so much! needless to say, it was amazing! Location is fabulous, right next to the cable car, 3 minute walk. Also close to the shops. The apartment is so nice and airy with 2 balconies with a great view! Even though, it is in a hotel, it feels very private like a apartment in a building, which we loved. For kids, there is a whole amazing playroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definetely come again next year!

Everything was fine, verry nice hotel. But the stay was too expensive given the situation. We have been in other ski-villages in other 4* hotels that where as good as this one but for 3/4 of the prise AND breakfast and diner included.

No luggage room to store luggage after check in and going skiing. Luggage was just left in the lobby half a day

Awful service , they kicked us ( family with 3 kids and a dog ) out of the restaurant because of the dog in a very rude way.. we can eat here in the lobby she said if we don't like the rules..🤬🤬🤬 We booked a dog friendly hotel, we paid a full price for the dog ( more expensive than a dog hotel) . They had no other alternative option to leave the dog so one of us had to leave or put a baby dog alone in a expensive hotel apartment that he never been before.
