The beds comfort could be better, but still a highly recommended place!

Very welcoming, professional and helpful staff, excellent hotel location, wonderful mountain view, nice breakfast with local products, very clean rooms and facilities,… and much more. Highly recommended hotel, especially the restaurant which offers a wide selection of local dishes. Many thanks to Rheinart for his warm welcome and very special treatment during our stay! The whole family appreciated it. Would love to come back!

Breakfast was excellent, wide variety of food, fruit, veggies, bread and toppings: cold cuts, spread and cheeses. The staff is very friendly and provided superb service.

The front of house staff were wonderful. Its a great location close to the lifts, but then there is also the amazing train that makes everything accessible. Breakfast was exceĺlent.

We had a basic room which was perfectly fine with exception of the view: a concrete wall 1 meter from the window. felt a bit like a prison. I would highly recommend to book any room but not this one. for the rest we had a wonderful stay to explore the slopes in this famous ski resort.

Nothing, except dinning times could be a little more flexible.

Lovely welcoming family run hotel, with good sized bedroom & superb Sauna, Steam Room & rest area. Breakfast was the best & good dinner in the adjacent Stübl but times were either 6.30 or 8pm, as seemingly all Serfaus restaurants. Extremely good location for ski lifts, Ubahn & bus stop from Landeck (regular service to train). Ski lockers at Bacher Sport, free to Hotel guests, large & v convenient. Excellent Ski Hire there too. In summary,loved it all, thank you Kirschner Family.

Made a booking the same day as arrival. 30 minutes before. Had driven long way with small kids. Chose the hotell since it was one of few who accepted bookings at that hour. (21) when we arrived we found out that the reception closed 17. A restaurant worker helped us contact the owner, and after a stressful 45 minutes we at least got a room. The room was not prepared for guests and there was no bedding for our daughters. The fridge was not working and all food and medicine we brought was ruined. (Fridge on the room is a criteria we always chose since we have medicine). We slept almost nothing and in the morning they had the rudeness to ask for more money since they in their mind gave us a larger room. But for us it was for no use since the bed was not made and the girls slept in the king size bed and we taking turns. They refused to take any responsibility due to the fact that they approved and accepted reservation that they could not fulfill if it wasn’t that a nice restaurant worker in the bar next door chose to help us.

I’m sorry to say but the room was extremely hot, the heating was still on although it was in de mid of summer and there was no way to cool down the room temperature

SPA's relax room is very bad looking and wrongly decorated and structured. More stress room than relax room. Hotel looks old in general, design and atmosphere point of view. Be carefull from the old wing which has very old rooms in all aspects. Patly atrention to this when ordering. Resturant looks old and outdated. Need a refresh soon.

Location is amazing. Close to all Gondolas. The Saunas at the SPA are great. Service was good. We got old room from old wing and complained about it asap and lackily there was a new room available for all week and we moved to much bigger and newer room free of charge. Thank you Gabriella. This made our vacation much better.
