Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was wonderful place with amazing wiew traught the window, we saw waterfall. In the price including parking and tickets to the wayerfall park. Everything was amazing - room, bed, silence in the room, brekfast, staf, and etc. 120 % recomended :)

United KingdomBeds was firm as wood plank (joke). After couple days I asked on reception for better mattresses and they gave us mattress topping which was good idea. So if you are use to sleep on medium/firm mattress, ask them for topping strait away. For breakfast could be more pates (Ardennes, liver, with mushrooms atc.)
Room was big enough with plenty space in wardrobes for 4 of us. Separate toilet and bathroom. Every day cleaning service. Food was amazing. Breakfasts was nice. Very good atmosphere there. In total we had nice stay.

Netherlands- The bathroom had no shower, for a shower you had to use the bathtub. We think this should be modernized - Be aware the Edelweiss Gaestehaus belongs to the Klockerhaus hotel. All facilities (pool; breakfast) is in the Klockerhaus. This was not clear to us when we booked the room.
- Hotel is situated closely to the Krimml waterfalls making it an excellent stay for your Kimml hike - The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice - Free parking at the hotel location or on a public parking place on the other side of the road. The hotel wil provide a parking ticket for the entire stay if you need to use the public parking lot - We had a spacious room with good beds

IsraelThe hotel is old and there are two facilities in it's holding, the one we were in is located very close to krimmel falls (5 min walk) but was not so comfortable to sleep in and had kind of a scary hallway. The staff was very kind and friendly tho and let us park our car there while we traveled the falls, and the food was ok.
