We chose the double bedroom which had a shared shower that we were aware of, however this shower was the open public shower in the pool area (there is no closed, private shared shower room), which caught us off guard, but wasn't a big deal. Some areas were a little 'tired' and could do with an update (this does not refer to the room decor, which was perfect with its old charm!).

Perched at above 1500m with spectacular views, this traditional guesthouse offers an authentic stay in the Tyrolean mountains. Straight out of a fairytale, the rooms take you back in time, the quiet is healing and the views make you plan your next hike. The owner was as kind and friendly and the breakfast was delicious (including the home-made pear juice and an Easter egg treat!). Our dog was allowed to stay with us too which was a big bonus for us. Absolutely loved our stay here and will come again!

The view from the room was beautifull. The gastehouse is running a sauna and have a swimming pool, which is a cool area to hung after a skitrip.

Great place. The breakfast was nice, and the location is excellent for those looking for a peaceful spot with a lovely view. The apartment was great, with a good space for cooking and an extra sofa bed in the kitchen for the child. While we didn’t have a balcony, it was very pleasant to sit outside on the front porch of the property, which offered a quiet, beautiful view.

Nice breakfast, but I was missing eggs- have always had that in Austria for breakfast. Very dark when arriving late, no lights whatsoever. The restaurant was closed unfortunately during our stay. Would have appreciated if there was salt, pepper and a couple of the bags just to start you off. Since it is a long drive to the closest store and everything was closed when we arrived. Very short bed (too short for a person taller than 180) and uncomfortable pillow and no extra.

Fantastic surroundings! The scenery was truly amazing, very quiet, no cars just the sound of the wind in the trees at night. Very friendly host with good recommendations on what to do and when. Functional kitchenette where we could prepare dinner. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family and try to come back!

A sauna is too small to fit all the people in the evening. It is only 4 people max. Take this into account if you're planning to spend evenings using the sauna and a pool. Sometimes it's just not possible due to a lot a people who have the same plans :) But this is not a huge drawback, it is what it is.

It's an amazing place in a far away corner of Niederthai, the views are breathtaking. It's a top notch place to hideaway. We also had a fireplace in our room, and the combination of it and mountains view is incredible. There's also a hiking path just right from your door, so we were really happy with this apts.

If going by bike if you follow the sat nav it will take you up a dirt path, there is a road route, dont take the short left route go the long right route if you dont like steep dirt roads, however if you do its a fun little hack up a dirt road to the property.

What an amazing location, superb views and the building had great charm. Its a very remote location but well worth it, the view down the valley is nothing short of stunning. The rooms and facilities are old but good and some very handy parking for our motorbikes.

This place was amazing, with a beautiful view to the mountains. Man at the reception/host was so friendly, welcoming and always had a welcoming smile. He was very helpful. This place has a sauna/ swimming pool, which was a bonus and added that refreshing experience to our stay. I will surely recommend this place to anyone and I will come back here again!!

My bed was a little too hard for my back, and there was no curtain for the shower. The other beds would have been softer but were taken by the other family members, and the shower was still great, good water pressure.

I loved the friendliness of the host, the breakfast was superb, the view was glorious!

Beautiful place! Friendly and very helpful owner. We thought we would come early morning and asked the owner for check in at that time, he did not refuse to help us and left the letter with instructions. We were going to visit Aqua Dome, but we were so tired to go and recently we have visited it, so we decided to spent the whole day at the swimming pool and in sauna at this place. And didn’t regret! It was super cool, there were no people, and there were drinks in the refrigerator, so we could take juice, or beer and pay later. It was a little scary on our way up to this place: serpentine, cliffs. It’s better to have all-wheel drive car and to be a very confident driver. Be careful! We were lucky that there was no snow, otherwise we would not have climbed.

The room is nicely decorated, Tirol style. All very clean and looked after. The owner and manager of the B&B is very professional and friendly. We liked the breakfast very much. Check-in was very uncomplicated.
