Very kind and nice staff. Suitable for family and friends…

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very new. Its location is excellent, and it’s also very child-friendly, which made our family trip even more comfortable. I’m especially grateful to the receptionist, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Their local tips and guidance in Salzburg were truly valuable. Thank you for the warm hospitality — we really appreciated everything!

Everything was perfect. Drinks available in the basement were a nice touch! :)

Our 4 night stay was very good, Sabine was very friendly and introduced us to the surrounding attractions, we had a great trip. The room was clean and comfortable, there are many facilities to walk around, not noisy and quiet, I will look forward to returning here again.

Everything was perfect. The self-check-in was incredibly useful, so we were able to arrive late. The room was spotless, and the views from the balcony were amazing. They also have rabbits and chickens, which our child was delighted to play with in the morning.

Maybe the bed was too soft for us.

The setting was wonderful and the staff were exceptional. We would love to revisit and stay longer.

One of the best places I have ever been to! It's like a small paradise on earth hidden among the Alms of Radstadt. Frau Arnold is incredibly warm and helpful, one really feels that the soul gets to rest here. The views are awe-inspiring, and the breakfast makes you feel like you're back in childhood, at the house of your grandmother. It was beyond perfect!

0-24 self check-in. Charming staff. Cosy, clean room. Comfortable bed. 21:00-7:30 quiet time. Great breakfast.

Really nice property in a great quiet location. Only a few minutes drive from the town which has all the shops and restaurants you could need. I usually struggle with hotel beds but these ones were very comfy and I slept like a log. Owners were nice and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

A wonderful location in the mountains, with big rooms and super to get two rooms in one for our family of 4 persons. There was a small but very nice pool,l and great possibilities to sit outside, and on the balcony. Very nice and warm staff welcoming us and providing great information and making sure we had all needed to have a fantastic time.

The ladies that hosted us, mother and daughter were absolutely beautiful! We arrived late in the evening and they were happy to give us some milk as no shops on the way through town were open. Tea was provided, along with a cellar that u could help yourself to. There’s a great little playground for kids, including a trampoline, they even have tame rabbits(one just roams free), and chooks. The views are picturesque, colourful flower boxes all over, and each room has a balcony. We retested a late checkout and it was no problem! Would have stayed longer if we’d had the time.

Not a dislike, but my children are avid swimmers and the pool wasn’t open yet for the season. In my opinion it was too cold to swim anyway, but they are water babies. Just something to note, it may be worthwhile checking the pool will be open, if you absolutely need to be able to swim :-) Also it’s a bit out of the way with not much closeby.
