We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SloveniaThe old rooms need to be refurbished. However, bathroom was already refurbished and is very nice and clean. They need to buy new beds.
The hostess Monica is a very kind person, very talkative and open. She makes the guests feel welcome and at home. She also prepares a wonderful breakfast. Great soft eggs. For us was also very important that parking was available in front of the house.

Everything! Monika was a wonderful host, our room was spacious, newly renovated and sparkling clean. Breakfast was homely and delicious. Location - within walking distance to MPREIS (supermarket) and several dining establishments. Just opposite the Papageno cablecar as well.

Location, atmosphere, facilities. City have a card with free pool, tractor ride and free ride to the hill with skylift. Monika and Ona are amazing friendly and make a feeling that you are not in hotel but at your village house, with family.

SlovakiaThe people from house are so nice. The house owner Monika and Oma are so wonderfull. At this stay we feel strong we are in family. However I speak german really bad, we told together so much. Amazing. In addition, I am always surprised, how the austrian hotels/pensions are able to cooperate deeply with the tourist services supliers. During our stay in Frühstückspension Friedheim, we got a Filzmoose cards for lot of services FOC. Cab lift, transport by wonderful tractor powered wooden wagon to breathtaken waley, everything free of charge. Cooperation, that is the way how to make a stay of guests more and more atractive. And Austrians know perfect, how to do the tourist business. But the services mentioned above should be just a peanuts without the Ladies. Many thanks, Monika and Oma.
