Vegetarian food options for dinner at restaurant was Limited. Flammkuchen was on menu, but unavailable for 2 nights.

David and his Team were great. Great staff. Location is like a dream, take lake view if budget allows.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Forelle! Amazing location and value for money. The view from the lakeview rooms was spectacular. The hotel restaurant was also really great. Very family and kid friendly. We will definitely be back!

If I'm forced to say something that could be improved then maybe a bit more selection for the breakfast. But the quality was great. For 2 mornings it was fine but maybe during a longer stay it could get a bit the same.

Everything was perfect. I rarely give any place a perfect 10 but this place is worth it.

I liked the location and the view the most. We stayed in autumn. So there were "few" people visiting the village. I advice to take a room with a lake view.

Super small blankets. I used two of them to made one. I'm not a big man but can't imagine someone much bigger then me covering with it... In wardrobe you can find extra blanket but still, queen bed with two tiny blankets doesn't look right.

Huge and cozy room with exceptional comfort. Definitely the best room I have had by now. Nice restaurant with great personnel. Magnificent location. Comfortable beds and big windows to enjoy surroundings. Breakfast was ok.

Very kind and supportive staff, clean and modern rooms with good isolation, comfortable beds. It was warm inside the room despite the fact that it was chilly (+7 - +9 only). Very nice view from the hotel to the lake with a big terrace in each room with a lake view. Free parking for the car and a very good restaurant.

Room with the lake view and balcony was fantastic. It was a single room but in reality there was a second small room without door where our kid slept. The lake in 50-100m from the hotel - amazing!

Very kind and supportive personal, clean and comfortable rooms with good isolation. Amazing view from the room to the lake and mountain. The breakfast was also good - you should ask the kitchen and they will make you an omelet or something else, also juice and coffee. The breakfast was served with raspberries and strawberries. Also there is a restaurant on the ground floor: there were a very high variety of different dishes. It was tasty and not so expensive. Wifi is ok. You should ask on the reception for a login / password. Each of them is valid for 3 GB of internet and for 1 device. We used ~5  logins / passwords during 2 days. So if 3 GB is not enough - you can have additional access. We are really happy with the hotel and the place itself. We will return again definitely. We suggest to all of you to visit this place! Thank you!

We feel like we paid a premium price for the room and expected an above average breakfast, but the breakfast selection and the quality felt rather basic. Don’t get me wrong, nothing was wrong with the stay per se, but the view and the furniture in the room (minus the TV) felt like the only things that could justify the price.

The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, the terrace was very spacious, the view is directly to the lake.

The breakfast is extremely „modest“. As a vegetarian person you just get bread, butter and cheese. On the second day there were also few slices of cucumber and some cherry tomatoes. Also the WiFi connection was not good, so can’t surf the internet to book activities. Luckily we could use mobile internet and it worked well. The hotel restaurant has pretty small portions. So highly recommend to go for a dinner to MusterAlpe (around 10 min walk). It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, as during hot days it would be convenient to store water and drinks there.

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel looks nice and modern. The view from the balcony is amazing, however the is not much privacy there as you can hear and see neighbors, while just chilling on the balcony. The personnel is very nice and friendly.

The lack of airconditioning or a fan. But that’s almost nowhere to be found in Austria. Also during the checkout the girl behind the desk just took the key and didn’t say anything. Hospitality wasn’t really her thing it seemed. Or she didn’t know how to speak English.

The location is amazing! Directly to the Plansee. Parking is also easy here. The rooms are comfortable and relatively modern.

Rooms were too small and the building lacks a lift. The Restraunt closes early and there are no dining areas in the vicinity..These were the only negative’s but if you are prepared before hand it shouldn’t be an issue.
