Bring earplugs as the local church rings it's bells at 7am! The rooms air conditioning unit was a bit puny.

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. As central a location as you can find. All the staff , from the breakfast staff ,cleaners to the receptionists thoroughly nice professional people.

Coffee making facilities could be improved. We had no coffee or milk sachets in the room. There was a tea bag packet that had been previously opened in the little glass jar.

Lovely comfortable spacious and clean family room in a great location. Room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Access to the Summer Card was a great added bonus.

The Fish Inn appears as an annex to a nearby hotel. There is no receptionist. Check-in is automated using a touch screen station. The process failed due to our early arrival requiring us to seek the assistance of our host in the other hotel. Although she resolved the problem and gave the greeting, we had expected, there would have been no personal welcome had there not been a problem. First impressions are important

The check in system was causing problems - although the excellent staff were very helpful. The bathroom bin hadn't been emptied. I have never stayed at a place before where you have to pay a deposit to get the air con controls!

Internet in my room was weak.

The location is fantastic, short distance from the cable car and all the action. The hotel is clean and cosy. The staff are wonderful, and the owner is very welcoming and attentive to details.

Electronic check in didn’t work so had to go to Hotel Romantik to check in and for all face to face interactions. Told we couldn’t use the spa there however.

It’s very noisy at night. And throughout the night. Challenging to get a good nights sleep.

The only downsides were that the room was a bit too warm even with the heating at minimum, and the street noise at night was quite loud due to nearby bars and echo from the narrow streets. It disrupted our sleep a bit. Next time, we’d choose a room facing the inner yard for a quieter experience.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was modern, spotless, and the beds were very comfortable, with a bunk bed that was perfect for the kids. Breakfast, which we had at the adjoining Romantic Hotel, was superb. The view from our balcony - looking out over the walking street and mountains — was stunning. The hotel location is very convenient, just a short walk to the ski lift and the ski bus stop, which made it easy to reach other ski lifts or Kaprun. The staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to help with anything we needed.

We have never checked into a contact less place before. This was our first experience and not a very pleasant one. After a long days of travel I had to run all over the place to get a hold of someone. Not our kind of hotel experience.

The tv was abit outdated. Needs a smart tv to connect to our phones to access streaming platforms. I wish there was a coffee machine in the room.

The location was excellent. Good value for money. The room toilet had an ablution spray which was very convenient.

Loved the bedrooms (we were in the newer rooms) - very recently done. Great decor, modern with a twist. Colourful and inviting. The bathroom was really well appointed, again modern and comfortable.
