Just a small detail, but I was missing a kettle in my room. Perhaps it was available on request, have not checked.

Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and care free. The hotel personnel was friendly, welcoming and willing to accommodate to our request. Great wellness facilities. I appreciated free access to drinking water supply on each floor, and to a private garage. Everything was available in the walking vicinity to the hotel- ski lifts, ski slopes, hiking trails, ski rent. Overall, we had no reason to complain.

Some tasting menu options were too fancy for us - we would prefer more standard options, Austrian or seasonal flavors. It would be good to have a kettle and mugs in a room. Rooms are a bit too hot and we slept with open window (what is not eco).

Location (across the street to a gondola), cleanness, interiors, adult spa area (it was great that there was a separate area for kids), staff wes super kind and helpful. We liked bed decorations for valentines. We liked skiroom with dedicated lockers for each room. Garage was super convenient. If you want to ski after checkout and change before leaving - there are dedicated lockers and bathroom. We really enjoyed stay and definitely we will come back and recommend the hotel to our friends. Thank you!

Second time here and definetely not the last one. It's hard to find any negative side at this superior newly build place with exceptionally good staff.

Limited options locally for grabbing food supplies for snacks and quick access to medicines. We needed Ibuprofen/Paracetemol and we could not access this easily without a 70euro trip into the nearest village for the pharmacy. Could there be tea making or coffee making facilities in the room? I would also have liked my drinks to be included in my half-board cost.

The food was superior. This is haute-cuisine. It's definitely worth the price but probably too fancy for my children who are more than happy with wiener schnitzel and frites. The buffet is phenomenal and the attention from wait staff was incredible. Every evening mealtime was an event and I enjoyed every mouthful. My children loved the pool and the play room. Thank goodness, too, for the TV which meant my children could happily watch Paw Patrol (German dubbed).

location of our room was not satisfying. despite the 3 floor we had the view at the rubbish area of the hotel nextdoor where the other hotel staff had often cigarette breaks. this impacted the quality of the air in our room. price for 4 people for one week: 6700 eur: way too much because of its bad location.

The Wi-Fi is terrible. It might seem like nit-picking but the place is brand new and €400 a night, the Wi-Fi should work properly.

Location could be closer to slopes but not a long walk away. Just not a true ski-out or ski-in. Also the village is comprised of only other resorts so the nearest store or church is 6 miles away on curvy roads.

Hotel bar was not open - but we were notified in advance. It looks very nice, we will try it next time.

Hotel is in a perfect location for cycling and hiking as well as for skiing in winter (we were there in summer). Hotel has a modern design with a local touch so it fits perfectly to the area. Breakfast was very good, although there were no omlettes or eggs directly prepared in the breakfast area - there is a place for this, but obviously not in service during summer. We could get both by asking the service staff and it was delicious. Hotel staff is very helpful, making all our requests possible.

The room was a bit warm, so we asked to adjust the temperature (we are used to +17-18, it felt like +21), so if you are used to colder room temperature, ask the reception a day in advance to adjust it. The food was good, but got a bit repetitive after a few days.

A new stylish hotel, close to the ski lifts (5 min walking in ski boots), amazing ski room with lockers that your room card opens. A lot of fun facilities for the kids, clean pool with warm water. The room had plenty of space and drying surfaces to have your base layers and swimsuits dry by the morning.
