Car Parking issue, only three slots, always occupied, The property owner more concern and directive regarding cleaning though cleaning charges have been paid already, is this worthy to inform the costumer each and every time for cleaning.Didn’t know the logic.

The television and audio system could be upgraded and updated to sync with my phone and music.

Property was comfortable and convenient. It was located in a wonderful neighborhood. I felt like Home.

The main bathroom had to be swept towards the drainage after each shower, which we didn’t mind much.

The apartment was in a quiet location near shops and restaurants. When we got in the place, we found it clean and comfortable. We were close to a bus stop and if we wanted to walk to the old part of the city, which had the market and shopping district, it wasn’t a long walk. Spar is a 8-10 minute walk and this wonderful coffee shop was right across the apartment building. There was no AC though, but you can let in air to cool the place. The light switch in the 2nd bathroom is a mystery. We could not find it and the light would randomly switch on and off. Haha. We just closed the door so we don’t see the light performance.

If I have to think of something that I did not like about the property, I would say that the TV and sound system may be more modern so that I could sync my phone and music to the television accessing the Internet. But I was very happy being there and I rebooked it for next week

It was very nice to have an apartment in Salzburg. The property was very well designed and very nicely maintained. I love the rooftop deck. And the view of the mountains. It’s in a very nice neighborhood. I found it to be very quiet in the evening. It was a very short walk to the old city which I enjoyed very much.

Beautifully clean and well presented. Access to the patio and roof garden was nice. Good facilities- washing machine and powder available. Clear instructions and host was very responsive. Great location, easy to walk into the Old Town. Nice Italian and Greek restaurant nearby, plus café opposite very good as well.

Conveniently located from the city Center - 5mins by bus. Lovely neighbourhood, quiet and peaceful. Nice bakery just off the bus stop - great place for a coffee and snack! The property is very new, beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, and had everything one would need - from kitchen utensils, extra blankets, even an extra HDMI cable if you wanted to hook your laptop to the TV. They had thoughtfully made the extra pull out bed knowing there were four of us - I really loved that. It is a contactless check-in - Viktoria with who I interacted with via the chat app was super responsive with all my queries from the time I booked the place 2 months ago till the time I checked out. Absolutely fabulous! It is everything that was promised and much more!

I can’t say anything negative about this property.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment that was Thoughtfully built and designersd. Villa Salzburg was also exceptionally clean- I’m picky so we were pleasantly surprised! The amenities were perfect for our five night stay. Their team was excellent and very responsive. The apartment was very peaceful despite being in a city area with multiple units. It was a welcome respite after a long trip and active days touring the area. Inside the apartment was soundproof-you couldn’t hear any street noise from the road which shocked me- the place is built to last! Even the extra items available in the vending machine was a conveniently designed offering. I used it to buy a beer one night when I didn’t feel like walking to the store. This location was close enough to old town to walk with plenty of room for our family of four. The proximity to the area was perfect. There is a grocery store close by which is a five minute walk. We especially enjoyed the Italian Restaurant, as well as the breakfast place across the street multiple times during our stay. We would stay here without hesitation when returning to Salzburg!

It's not a bad thing per se, but the shower splashes a lot, something that would be easily solved with a door.

The place is beautiful. It was easy to get there, the neighbor is really quite. Ans is a good connections to the public transport.

Washing machine and dryer in the room. TV situated so you can watch it from the sofa would be good.

It was appreciated that we could store luggage before and after check in.
