Apartment inventory was very limited when it comes to cooking and cutlery. For the apartment they charge extra for the wood for the fireplace and the Spa. On a daily basis. I think it would be much nicer to include this into the final fees and not billing you on site at every occasion

We booked a two bedroom apartment for 4 adults and 3 children. The space looked small in the photos but it was HUGE! So so much room and so cozy, with everything you could need! The pool was included in the stay (from the wording I didn't think it would be, but it was)! This little valley is absolutely gorgeous. We've stayed in the Salzburg area before and you will enjoy this cozy beautiful town so much more than staying somewhere bigger!

Parking in the village is almost impossible, so i had to request the undergrtound garage which means extra payment.

Basics like salt and pepper, tea bags, at least some coffee beans to get you started and rubbish bags were not provided. No washing machine powder and no option to purchase the amount for one load provided. Even longer stays don’t have room service or at least the option to get fresh towels. There was a charge forfite wood even though our stay was in summer!

Location was great in the center of village, in easy walking distance to shops, a variety of restaurants and walks. Convenient to be able to make own breakfast or have the option to pay for excellent buffet breakfast. Jura coffee machine was a bonus and washing machine and dryer made which wash easy. Great balcony.

Kids are not allowed in the swimming pool after 18:00. Would be good to add more kitchen cutlery, it is a bit annoying. Not too many free parking places.

There was nothing to dislike

How can you fault a place when everything was perfect! Location, facilities, service - Travel Charme had it all and more. The attention to detail was exceptional. From the neatly stocked kitchenette , the firm but comfortable beds and the mountain views from our room to the amazing rain shower and the fresh bread roll service which is delivered to the apartment on order. A free shuttle service picks you up at one of the 3 train stations nearby and drops at the front of the hotel. If you enjoy skiing, there's a regular free ski bus right outside. All the staff were polite and professional and attended to all our needs - a special mention to Bokdan the evening receptionist!

Everything was more than we expected. Customer service was excellent and beautiful condo. We had a great time at the city and on slopes. Very beautiful surroundings and friendly people at the spa and restaurant. Fireplace in apartment with rocking chair was relaxing. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Would love to visit this place in a spring or summer.

There are critical amenities missing in the apartments compared to the hotel and this is not clearly indicated. 1) NO AIRCONDITIONING in the apartments! The staff were accommodating in giving fans, and luckily during our stay it wasn't that hot, but this can definitely be an issue as temperatures are getting higher. 2) NO TOWEL /SHEET CHANGING regardless of length of stay ! (even though we stayed for over a week!) This can be arranged for extra cost, but I would expect a free option at least once weekly (similar aparthotels usually offer every 3-4 days). 3) EXTRA CHARGES - The swimming pool is considered part of the spa and is not free - about 10 Eu per adult and half of that per child. Luckily there is a nice swimming lake nearby which is free for apartment guests- you need to remember to ask for a voucher at the reception. There can also be extra charges for parking in the garage, and there is no real availability of street parking.

The location is truly gorgeous and convenient for many attractions in the region. We stayed in the apartments (not the hotel) and the facilities were immaculate, truly full kitchen which allowed cooking. There were a number of issues (see below) and the staff responded very promptly.
