The design of the shower area made it very easy for water to leak out onto the bathroom floor, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, while one of the bedrooms appears to be a separate room with its own door, the walls do not reach the ceiling, so sound easily travels into the space – especially noticeable at night when the TV is on in the living area.

Check-in was smooth and easy, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The apartment was well-equipped, very spacious, and exceptionally clean – everything looked tidy and well-maintained. It felt comfortable and inviting from the moment we arrived.

Great location in a small village surrounded by mountains and with lots of nature and cultural attractions nearby. Very nice bakery around the corner. The apartment met our needs completely and the beds and pillows were really good. Basics like salt, pepper, soap, dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel, cloth etc were all there. We didn´t meet the host but that was not necessary given the smooth working key box. They are currently building tiny houses right next to the apartment we stayed in, but it didn´t bother us since they were only working during day times and not in the early morning for instance.

No AC. No bedding for sofa bed. 3 Adults and a 16 year old was booked, but no bedding for sofa bed. When we enquired, was informed €35 for bedding. You can’t expect a 16 year old to share with an older adult. Inputting information in again on location, after already doing this online prior. No clothes washing facilities. Was informed, yes there is!! But when we were on location, nothing could be found. We did ask, but no reply. Nearest laundromat was Fussen. No clothes drying rack. Could do with a rack for drying clothes outside. Ground floor location.

Nothing we did not like, but just for information. The apartment is in a quiet area on the outskirts of Reutte, for eating out or shopping (except for the bakery) nothing on walking distance. Reutte is a bit sleepy town, not much going on, seems there are few decent eating places only. The entry to the apartment is a fully automated process (registration, payment and getting the key), the is no personal interaction with any staff or owner

The cable didn’t work. Also couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work with our log in from our room. Didn’t realize the apartment key was the same as the front door key so was unsure how to even get in the main entrance at first.

The main thing that stressed us out was being given a one hour “check in window” by booking.com. Since we had a long drive that day, we were afraid that if we arrived too late the room might somehow not be available (since it wasn’t prepaid and we were already traumatized by a similar situation with our car rental in Frankfurt). I tried calling and emailing to confirm a later arrival time but did not hear back from the property manager by the time we started driving that morning. In the end it didn’t matter because the check in was all via a kiosk and we arrived about 2 hrs after our “window” ended with no issues whatsoever. Other tiny things that might be improved: string curtains in front of doors and windows that swing inwards were a hassle and got tangled a lot. Plus the addition of some coffee supplies to go with the coffee maker would be delightful.

The unit we stayed in was a one bedroom with a king bed and a separate sofa bed. It was a lovely clean, modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a fabulous balcony with a view and amazing metal shutters that completely blocked out the light and helped keep it cool during the day. The on-site parking was ample and included for free (which was a huge plus after some of the hotels we stayed at in older towns that don’t allow cars or make you park on the edge of town and charge you a fee). Extra bonus points for the awesome shower as well. Perfect temp/pressure. The location was a little remote, being at the south end of Ruette, and the town itself is pretty laid back. But the apartment is perfectly situated between all the major castles including Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau & Linderhof.

Stylish and comfortable , spacious apartments with a new renovation : good plumbing , comfortable mattress , fresh bedding . The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Our apartment had a large terrace with great views. Own parking. In the vicinity of the apartments are attractions and thermal baths. We will definitely return.
