We had a pleasant and quiet stay at this apartment, which is well-located for a comfortable getaway. The space was fully equipped, and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. The lady we contacted for help finding the entrance was very kind and helpful, which we really appreciated.

However, the apartment could use some attention. The bathroom, though recently renovated, wasn’t fully finished (the ceiling was incomplete and the light fixture was hanging by its cable). Being partially underground, the space felt damp, which only properly airing out beforehand would have solved. We unfortunately also noticed some mold stains on the walls in the bathroom from before our arrival on top of the fact that the towels were stained/didn't smell fresh. We did miss having face-to-face contact/more contact with the host, which could have given the opportunity to resolve some of the named issues.

The accommodation is surrounded by a beautiful scenery, it’s a pity we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the surrounding. Everything was clean, tidy. The accommodation is spacious, it has two bedrooms both with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room so enough for 5 persons. The hosts were reachable via telephone and helpful. They also left some drinks and fruits on the table for us. The only thing I wish I had was a check-in instruction message to be sent one/two days in advance, or even in the morning of the arrival day would be nice. We arrived and no one was there, luckily we could reach the host via phone and she told us how to get to the apartment.

Lovely host, very comfortable accommodation. Decent value. The nearby restaurant was closed unfortunately and as we were on bikes it would have necessitated a ride down to the town and uphill, back in the rain. The host drove me into town which was a lovely gesture. Top marks

- not clear instructions how to get in - it's basement apartment, such information should be highlighted - expected remote house however it's surrounded by other apartment owner houses - relatively small teritorry for guests

Kind and genuine country hospitality and we loved the environment.

The owner waved us over from the road to point out parking spot and was really friendly. Made life easy. Surrounded by rolling hills and a handful of beautiful Austrian homes with a local restaurant 2 minutes walk away. All the amenities you need for a good night's stay.
