Breakfast was really good, plenty of options and freshly cooked egg and bacon. The location was perfect, just off the main street on a quiet street. Only 2 km from the motorway. In the village (5 min walk) there are several restaurants.

We had a great time — the room was excellent and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The coffee machine was a bit weak, but everything else was great. Free parking and shops nearby.

The bed mattresses are too soft and the pillows are too big.

The location of the zimmer in Flachau is excellent - it's close to the main restaurants and has parking space in front.

Everything is closed after 7 pm. Except for very few places. In the hotel itself nothing was wrong to notice. We got attention for everthing we wanted and even more.

We traveled as two adults and two kids 11 and 9. The place is operated by a wonderful family. Every time of the day, they are just smiling and ready to help. There is plenty of parking space. We had the unit on ground floor. The kitchen is well equiped and there is an exit to the garden. In the garden there are pool, trampoline and a swing. There are also chairs and pool beds. We ordered breakfast twice on site and it was fresh, tasty and worth the money. Although breakfast should be ordered a day before, we surprised the owners with the order at the evening before and got approval with a smile and care. The location of the hotel is great. Not in the middle of crowded area but short walk away from resturants and Spar supermarket. At night it is so peacfully quiet. Bottom line, we will sure be back. Thank you very much for the warm hospilaity. We will never forget you.

The terrace has no border between the room next door, so someone can pass by your bathroom window.

Nice owner, great breakfast and pretty backyard with swimming pool. Easy and free parking in front of the building. Homely Alpine decor, very clean.

A superb guest house in probably the best location in Flachau. Very convenient for the Achterjet and Spacejet and centrally located for good restaurants and bars. The owners are lovely and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They work incredibly hard to ensure everything is as it should be and are very welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. You can also have fresh eggs cooked as you like. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we will certainly be going back.

Are you.kiddong. there was nothing I could mention here. My stay was perfect.

Unexpected beautiful location. Pretty close to the main road but quiet as well. Excellent breakfast (delicious home made marmalades). The room was cosy with nice view and very comfortable bed. It needs to be mentioned the hospitality of the owners. From the very first moment you had the feeling that you visit a close friend... It is most certain that we will visit the place again, since this time we stayed only for a night during a roadtrip.

The apartment is located right at the entrance to the hotel and faces the street and the courtyard, so there is a lot of noise throughout the day. The shower is very small and almost not suitable for adults. Since there is no air conditioning, it would be good if they put mosquito nets and provide fans

Apartment with two bedrooms and one shower. Excellent location in Falchau, close to the main street and all exits from the town. The hotel has a large and pleasant yard and a pool for guests to use. The hotel also provides the attractions card of the area. The apartment was clean and tidy.
