The toilet was separate from the bathroom & was a little tight to get in & out. In hindsight it would have been more spacious to have knocked through to have a larger toilet/shower space. This is a cash only property much like other (non hotel) accommodation in Austria. Luckily we had done our homework & knew ahead of time so this wasn’t a problem for us..

Spacious nice apartment (No 4) with large balcony in a quiet location only a couple of minutes walk to the village. Well appointed kitchen (lots of cutlery, glasses, mugs, pans etc) so it was easy to cook in, good shower & water pressure & nice comfortable bedroom with large bed.

No communication about check in at all. Extremely unfriendly welcome from a woman who was only interested in getting her hands on the cash. Angry signs in reception were informing you that cards are not accepted and that you must pay cash, which is ridiculous in such a modern accommodation facility. We were not even told that there WAS a game room, we just found it ourselves. No info about local options provided either.

A very spacious, bright and comfortable apartment with great facilities. The games room/gym was excellent as well. The location is perfect, short walk to two supermarkets but very quiet and rural with Country walks right from the property. Amazing views from the balcony, bedroom and living area.

The location is brilliant for Tyrol Austria+ Germany. The accommodation is very clean and maintained. Used the home gym which was good. Welcomes dogs.

We really loved the place with our 8 month old daughter. It was located with an excellent mountain view and the baby cot was already prepared before we went.

We didn’t like the sofa in the living room. It was not comfortable to sleep at all.

The beds and the sofa couch are quite uncomfortable and not in a good shape, almost falling apart. I think for this money the tourists deserve to at least have luxury comfy beds and sofas. My only real complaint. Everything else was great!

The views from the balcony are amazing (if you get the correct flat) and the flat itself is good quality, modern and with great kitchen & shower. You can even cook in here so that's a big bonus. Lermoos is super beautiful and it's a perfect place to explore the nearby nature & attractions. The old lady (owner) was super sweet and friendly, the staff as well. Everyone was nice and welcoming.

Local taxes meant the actual price was substantially more than the price that was showed to me on booking.com. No credit card facilities were available - had to pay cash.

Very large and spotless apartment with insane view on the mountains. Apartment is immaculately clean and has a well-equipped kitchen, towels, and you can also use a small common gym and ping pong table. Apartment is located closely to supermarket, gas station, and many beautiful hikes. Friendly staff.

There wasn`t any shower gel or soap in the bathroom. Interestingly there were any bataries, however were really warm inside. I would come one more time there, the location is also amazing! My recommendation.

It was great appartments, i even didn`t expected that it is such big with balkony and plenty of windows. The windowview was such incredible! The furniture on the kitchen is new with all nesessary stuff.
