I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and private chalet. The place was extremely clean, cozy, and well-designed, offering everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. One of the best things about this chalet is the privacy – it felt like our own little retreat in nature, away from the noise and crowds, yet still just a short drive from the center of Zell am See. The views of the lake and mountains were absolutely breathtaking, and we really enjoyed the calm, quiet surroundings. A nice bonus was the automatic transparent blind, which gave us privacy without blocking the stunning view – such a smart and thoughtful touch! The host was very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. I highly recommend this chalet to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and an unforgettable experience in Zell am See.

Zell am See is a huge,busy ski resort with alot of skiers.It has an amazing choice of slopes but since i prefer a more relaxed, quieter ski experience, we will probably try the other smaller ski resort close by.

Our chalet was perfect for our dogs with enclosed areas for letting them off the lead.Very friendly reception.Warm and cosy chalets.Perfect quiet location with easy access to ski resorts.

Literally, we loved everything. The beautiful, new natural house, the warm welcome of our hosts, the location which was at the edge of the catchy forest and just at the entrance of the tunnel taking to the ski lifts just in seconds, the size and cleanness of the apartment. One more thing to mention is the heated ski chamber for each house for the snow lovers, and the nice terrace desk with BBQ for everyone. I recommend with this accommodation with no any hesitation and hope to return ourselves.

The only thing we were missing was a microwave in the kitchen

Very helpful receptionist, nice welcome basket, the chalet was big, comfortable, kitchen well equipped. The couch was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on for adults. For skiers practical ski shoes heaters.

I wouldn't know where to start. The place is just amazing. Upon arrival, we got a welcome basket that had everything we needed for the next morning (bread, butter, ham, cheese, milk, and much more). The house was excellent, clean, spacious, really warm and cozy, considering outside temperature going as low as -12 during our stay. The house itself has everything you need, from hairdryer, drying rack, iron, clean towels, linens, own ski depot with ski boots dryer, etc. They even provide fresh bread, bagels, and croissants every morning. Weather was great and we had amazing skiing week with the kids. We highly recommend Chaletedorf ZellerSee!

The location is right next to a very busy road, so you hear the cars passing (even at night) if your windows are open. Given the heat at this time of year (Aug) we had our windows open most of the time, so we noticed this. It wasn't the end of the world for us, but if you are really sensitive to sound you might find this disturbing. The dog park and play area also don't really have shaded areas, so in the heat of summer is unusable during most of the day. Luckily the lake is close by, so you can rather just go for a swim!

Great wooden cabins that cater specifically for dogs! The staff were super friendly and helpful with multiple requests and questions we had. Real big thanks to Alfred and his team!! Excellent service. The agility park for dogs and play area for the kids are both close by and we really enjoyed them.

One of us had some issued with one pillow, whereby it was not too comfortable to sleep on. Otherwise - everything else was perfect.

Everything! Small touches like washing up provisions and dishwasher tablets, bin bags, dog bed and bowls. The staff were always very helpful. The book of walks with your dog very helpful. Loved our stay.

Nothing we can think of.

There was a bread delivery service available which we took advantage of. Also very special was a welcome hamper that provided us with a few essentials to get us going, bread, jam, cheese, cold meats, and coffee. There was also a dog welcome pack and dog towels provided in case the dogs returned in need of a paw or fur-wipe. Proximity to the lake by foot is also a plus. Will definitely return in the summer!

When we booked this, free cancellation policy was not offered. Since we travelled for ski racing and races might get cancelled pending weather, it makes it harder to make a decision when free cancellation is not offered.

The unit is modern, simple and functionally designed. Parking is ample and the staff is very friendly and understanding. The welcome package and gift is excellent. We travelled everywhere in Europe because our daughter is a serious ski racer. Alfred is very understanding and accommodative to our needs. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Option to have a chalet with a third bedroom would be super.

Friendly staff, great welcome basket, fresh bakery items to order for breakfast, 10 min drive into Zell am See which is beautiful and great access to loads of ski runs, comfortable beds. Our second stay and we’ll be back.

We were not able to visit, because of an unexpected important surgery. Cancellation via booking was not possible, but Alfred and Christina gave us the option to visit in a later stage. A thousand times thanks because this is something we will never forget. ❤️

We traveled with multiple families. All were given a wonderful welcome basket except for us. When I asked why they said because I didn’t check in that day. We got in when they were closed so we went to the cabin as instructed in their email and went the next morning. I was told we wouldn’t receive what all the other families received. It was really uncalled for and I couldn’t understand why it couldn’t be left in the room or just given to us the next day as this place was really expensive to stay at. It made me feel uncomfortable that we were the only family excluded.
