Nice hotel in the center of Zell am See Friendly staff :)

Everything is fine but the interior of the rooms are outdated, and it would be mover if they would offer complementary breakfast

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the city center. They offer a summer card for guests, which is a great bonus. The place is clean and the staff are friendly.

If you’re wondering about air conditioning, there is none in the rooms, but a fan is provided. There was also a bit of noise from the bar downstairs, especially because we had the windows open — the sound felt very close

Bery nice hotel, in the middle of the city. Very clean. The receptionist was very nice.

No free parking, had to park in a paid garge 5 min walk from the hotel. 15 euro per night with a special discount from the hotel

The description lists hotel parking, but it's practically unavailable because reservations aren't possible. Underground parking costs €42 per day. No other hotel charged me a Summer Card fee, they mandatorly charged you €10 per person. Generally not pleasant smell in room.

Excellent, central location for IM event. Comfortable, clean room with extra pillows provided on request.

Breakfast was disappointing. Started at 7:30 but if you arrived at 7:40 it was like a plague of locusts had passed through and there was virtually nothing left! Kitchen was really slow at replacing empty platters -if at all. Felt a bit hounded out on checkout day - yes, checkout time was 10am but was a bit fed up with a ‘hurry up’ on leaving breakfast at 7:50!

Cella Central Historic Boutique Hotel is a very nice accomodation with lovely enterior and very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean and cosy, the bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom was also very spacious. The staff was very helpful with making it possible to store my bike during the night and also helped me very early in the morning to get it.

The weather was quite cold during my stay and I would have loved some heating in the room, but unfortunately it was already turned off. Unfortunately I had to leave early in the morning so I could not have breakfast, even though I paid for it.

size of the room was good. that is the only positive thing to say about this hotel.

Its incredibly noisy. even with only few guests in the hotel i was given a room right above the lane where all the guests party and drink until late at night. I did not sleep at all. Pillows are awful - pretty standard for Austria though. Had a terrible experience where the cleaning staff came into my room (1hr before i was due to check out ). I had headphones on and did not hear the door knock, yet still they barged into my room with approval and i was in the bathroom. Under no circumstances should anyone access a guests room without good reason. Unacceptable!! When i complained to reception, explanation was given staff do this to check if guests need more toilet paper or towels. This makes no sense, I was checking out in 1hr. If this is your process, change it. I was left in a state of embarrassment and shock. I do not recommend this hotel, unless you sleep like a log and aren't bothered about personal privacy. I am still furious, this hotel is a waste of money and a terrible experience. Lastly this hotel is spamming me through the booking.com website, emailing me deals for their hotel. I did not sign up for this and have complained to booking.com

Unfortunately there is a strong smell of sewage around the reception area.

Location is great. Few mins walk to the ski lift.

Front office staff may be overwhelmed. Couldn’t even take us to our room. And firstly took us to the wrong building lol
