No air conditioning. Swimming pool is bad. You will find insects died in pool. No maintenance.

It is a good hotel. During summer holidays it is crazy expensive. (english) breakfast was good. Interior of hotel is good. I had booked Junior suit so my room was pretty big and nice.

Sometime it’s weird if hotel staff asks someone to not take urgent phone call while eating breakfast. It gives feeling of school hostel than hotel 😉… Another wired thing I noticed is that, you can sit only on same table (allocated on your first arrival day) for breakfast and dinner for your entire stay.

We liked everything! Amazing place for familys with children, breakfast and dinner are very good and Varied. There are gluten free options. Game room for kids and yard with games. Excellent service and amazing staff!!

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room

Excellent hotel. Great location in a beautiful vally, close to Halstatt and Gosau. Breakfast and Dinner are very good, the staff is friendly and helpful and the room is nice and modern. There is also a pool (heated) and jacuzzi, so make sure to bring your swimsuit even in winter.. We would definitely return.

What I had not taken on board was this was a hotel very much focussed on families and with schools having not reopened there were a great many rather noisy children. The dining room is rather echoy and there is no cushioning of conversations and with noisy children it was wee bit uncomfortable for the more elderly guests.

My wife and I were in Austria for a week's holiday. We chose this hotel for its location and that decision proved absolutely correct as we could travel to other areas of Salzkammergut with relative ease. We have no complaints about the service and indeed the catering. I enjoyed the use of the pool and sauna.

The only downside is that the TV model is a bit outdated and cannot connect to the internet to watch YouTube.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views. Both breakfast and dinner were perfect! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming.

We liked it all

The friendliness of the staff, very good kids activities. Despite being very kids oriented, it had the quiet vibe. We got dark room on very noisy site and we really appreciated the upgrade for the following nights. It was just perfect. We and our kids loved it all. Food was great, bfast awesome.
