Rooms and breakfast area were spot clean Lies in a fantastic location on top of a hill. Quiet in the middle of nature All facilities were top notch. Rooms were cleaned very, very well every day. Free parking next to the front door.

Very friendly family hotel. We slept like babies - it was very quiet. We could park our bikes in the garage. There is a very good restaurant nearby - 5 min walk.

No elevator to the second floor so if needed, book a first floor room.

Great location outside the village. Nice area for biking. Very peaceful. Larg room with a balcony. Very good breakfast. Excellent hosts.

Had an amazing time when we stayed here. Our car broke down so the plan wasn’t to stay in this town at all but glad we did! Super friendly family running the hotell and amazing views. Plus was all the animals running around :)

I arrived from the Seeboden side of the hotel and Google Maps directed me along a single track dusty / dirt road with potholes for a few km. The road from the Spittal side was better.

We enjoyed our stay - the place is really nice and the staff is very helpful. We had a stopover on the way to Croatia. The location is only a 5 min drive from Seeboden town where we enjoyed a dinner at "Postwirt". Great value!

We arrived via a back road which was unsealed, rough and narrow, but that was the way our GPS took us, we did wonder where on earth we were going. However when we went down to Spittal an der Drau for dinner the lady at reception told us about the other way which was a sealed road, much easier. (We should have read the directions sent to us via Booking.Com) It was only a10 minute drive down to Spittal, but would have been good to have had a local restaurant. Only complaint would be there were no insect screens on the windows and no fan. It was an extremely warm night, so we had to sleep with the window open, unfortunately I ended up covered in many insect bites.

A hotel in an almost rural setting at the top of a hill, ideal for families (as the name suggests) as they have lovely gardens with a play area etc for children. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was excellent.

We could stay bit longer.

Breakfast was great. Basic food was on the table and owners were happy to fix extra warm breakfast upon order. Place and its surrounding is beautifull. There was nice small church just outside of the facility. Good playground for kids and nice views.

Beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet! Kids loved the animals. Breakfast was basic but the staff really make an effort to make it a great experience.

Mattress was quite uncomfortable and very soft. Pillow was not great either.

Very clean room, nicely furnished, peaceful, surrounded by nature, nice views from the balcony. The good thing is that you get MIC card which gives you free entrance to the beaches around the lake and some other things. We would appreciate more if we got this on arrival and n the next day in the evening.

A very home like feel. Excellent location. Tranquil and so much space to play for our little boy. The playground is so nice. Breakfast at the terrace with view of the garden was a big plus. Thank you so much!

Genuine home-like atmosphere

The property is awesome with kids: trampoline, zip line, various tricycles in addition to more traditional slide and swing. The family rooms are large and modern. The hotel decor is gorgeous. The staff went above and beyond to find a home made jam in their cellar my husband was not allergic to, and even opened a jar of Nutella for my kids despite all the other options available already on the table. We only spent one night but could easily see us spending more time in the area on another trip.
