Very nice hotel with a nice SPA area. The breakfast is also very good, but the same every day. If you look for an option where you can stay when you want to have sport activity in the area, this can be good choice.

An ideal place for an active holiday - alpine skiing, hiking, mountain biking. The village has enough places for after ski (food, drinks). The views are magnificent, parking is 1€.

An excellent, spacious, and clean hotel. The rooms offer breathtaking mountain views. The breakfasts are delicious. The nearest ski lifts are just a five-minute walk away. The hotel has two parking options: an open-air lot for €1 per day and an underground garage for €8 per day. In the hotel lobby, there's a dedicated area for ski and snowboard maintenance, equipped with special waxes, all types of screwdrivers, and an iron for melting the sliding surface. Additionally, within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, you'll find excellent restaurants, a souvenir shop, two hypermarkets, and a thermal complex. The hotel also offers saunas included in the accommodation price. The staff is very friendly and welcoming!

We had a 2 night stay at Explorer Hotel and liked everything about it. Checkin was smooth, rooms were nice, spa area was amazing and clean and parking was infront of the hotel. Value for price is excellent!

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, was quite hard. There was not enough space to dry clothes. The ski slope leading to the hotel is quite challenging for small children. They did not have body soap or cups (you could get them at the restaurant). We were hoping to ski to the hotel, but that was not possible.

The room was big enough, clean, the bathroom was also nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful, always ready to help and answer with a smile. the restaurant offered a rich breakfast and in the afternoon you could make coffee from a machine with a key (card). The ski slope is close, about 3-5 minutes walk. ski storage is easy and accessible. The dinners were also delicious. We will be happy to come back again.

Whenever we asked something from the restaurant staff that was a problem, even the basics, there were no glasses in the room and they did not want to give us two glassees to take to the room.

Everything is great, and stuff is really helpful. Breakfast is great, there is parking in front of hotel and it is close to ski lifts. This is my second year in this hotel and will return again. There was some drunk loud guest and stuff was really helpful and changed our room further away.

Right on the main road for Ski Bus’s and opposite the Therme St.Kathrien 2 supermarkets close by and walking distance to Ski & Sports schule Krainer which is run by a fantastic team of great instructors !!

It is not crucial, but a glass in the room and one larger towel for the sauna would be nice to have.

Excellent breakfast, perfect location. I visited it for a second time and will keep it as a primary option while traveling in the area.
