No air conditioning. The hotel is on the main Street and is loudly all night long when we open the Windows. But when we close the Windows it was stuffy

We couldn’t use the sink properly- the hot water didn’t work and the sink was clogged.

Great location, excellent bike storage even with a heated rack for our drenched shoes. Good breakfast, comfortable bed. The steam room in the spa area was decent.

We are a family and we were surprised that we got two rooms at different floors and very different sides of the hotel. The lady at reception was very unfriendly and downright rude when we explained that we’d like to have two rooms closer together. A shame, as it gave us a very bad first impression of the hotel and we met plenty of very nice people afterwards.

Quirky hotel. Really cool how every room has its own decoration. The restaurant is very good, we were served by a lovely male waiter from Croatia.

It was not the property. It was the RAIN during our summer holiday.

The internal design was amazing, we had fun experiencing the inside of the hotel.

The looks can not cover the fact that many things would need better care and maintenance. Wires here and there hanging from the wall, furniture that should be replaced or at repaired or the elevator that is at a terrible state

I was forewarned about the church bells behind the hotel, which chimed for a couple of minutes at 7am, but I went to bed early and was already awake at that time, and managed to get to sleep again afterwards.

An eclectic choice of rooms. In the end I settled for a room on the second floor at the back of the hotel, which turned out to be blissfully quiet, with none of the ambient noise you get from modern hotels. The bar and restaurant area was friendly and lively, very welcome after a week in relatively characterless establishments further east. The trout I ordered was delicious.

one of the best Art Hotels so far - very nice and good ideas all around the place - in the rooms, the hotel facilieties and also the restaurants. The restaurant and the bar section are made up with an idea of upcycling old articles of daily use for example old cooking places or ovens- great ideas. The only thing you have to get used too - the hotel is situated on a main streets of the city, so you got to be very tolerant with street noises by cars, motorcycles and drunken people walking home at night, shouting and yelling their souls out. But we liked it and we will surely return in the future, because Spittal is a good place to start hiking tours or swimming in the lakes around.

Everything was really satisfying

Each room is a surprise and very spacious. This time we had room Goldeck 218 where we could even see arty stars on the ceiling, that made this night very special. Breakfast is always outstanding. Thanks very much to the whole team and staff that makes this happen 🤗

impossible to describe the style of this hotel. it is a mix of old and new, funky, bright, stylish, and arty. we loved the use of tiles and stencils in the corridors. Bedroom 222 was big and bright. Restaurant has a great choice of dishes including Thai, pizza and grilled meats. Great value and superb service. Big parking at back of hotel and friendly check in.

Elevator not working, had to carry suitcases up 5 flights of stairs. Bathroom was super tiny and hardly any privacy to bedroom. No refrigerator for meds.
