Next to the route so perfect location and very good equipped for bikers and cyclist, good food and very nice staff in the restaurant

Heater wasn’t working and clothes needed to be dry…

What can I say - stayed here a couple of times previously - it is a motorcycle themed hotel and my 3 friends were blown away by the standards of rooms/food/bar and facilities. Special shout out to Piestri - the barman who always had a smile and a drink ready !

I'm torn about this property. While the property is nice, roomy, etc., the Internet was not working. No advance notice or apology or credit was offered. Additionally, I was charged 5 euros per person per night for booking through booking.com (or any reservations website) which is something that booking.com prohibits yet they charge anyway. That took off two stars. I personally do not like how this was done but if you're okay with it then it's a decent hotel. Just know in advance that you are not actually paying what you think you're paying when booking through a reservation website since you do not get the info until after you have reserved. Part of the issue is with booking.com for not making this more clear and enforcing their policy.

The $5 booking fee for booking on booking.com. they call it a service fee but they admit it directly a result of booking through a website instead of through their website.

A very comfortable room with a great view. Very friendly nd helpful staff - I’d got the dates for our stay - but she happily changed everything. Fantastic breakfast too.

Excellent breakfast with a variety of delicious and healthy choices, including 2 juicing machines, for orange juice and fruit & veggies -- with fresh apples, berries, celery, carrots etc to juice your own glass - wonderful.

It was comfortable and very convenient. There was a small issue with supplies to the room and they brought extra bedding right away. Excellent service.

Although Dinner was rich and built from 5 dishes , it didn't fit our taste and we preferred to go out for restaurants (there are few restaurants around)

We had a very nice stay. We loved the size of our room, ir was clean and had all the amenities we wanted. Fresh and renovated bathroom. Quiet location. The sallad buffet during dinner was amazing - very fresh and tasty vegetables.

No water kettle in the room. The schampo provided in the shower could have been better...

The bed was comfortable.

The staff was super rude. There were only two beds in a "Family Suite." Only one bed was made up, as the hotel assumed that two people would sleep in one bed together. The rude front-desk attendant then charged me an extra $35 for a third person. The doors between our room and the other suite were not locked and the female staff member made it seem like we were overreacting to having security for three females. It was finally locked, with a key, after much back and forth. There was little to no parking. When I asked where to park, the girl said, "there is a lot out back but it is full." So, clearly the hotel is not equipped for the cars. The bed in the "second room" which was the entry room to the entire room had dog hair all over the comforter. There was no fridge in the "family suite." There was a glass door on the bathroom which offered no privacy. Starting at 0630, there were doors slamming all over the hotel and the cleaning people started at 0800 leaving all their dirty laundry in the halls, blocking exits and the elevator. For $350 for ONE NIGHT, it was grossly overpriced and the breakfast was less than desirable.
