The only thing I think of are sometimes you would get flies coming in, it would be beneficial if you get some flies trap.

My stay at Emma Deluxe Aparthotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome - friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Whether it was a quick question about the area or a small request in the room, their warm attitude really stood out. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare full meals, including high-quality appliances and plenty of cookware and utensils. The living area was modern and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Even small touches, like quality linens and fast Wi-Fi, showed attention to detail and guest comfort. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the environment was, making it easy to unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the added bonus of hotel-level service. I highly recommend Emma Deluxe to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay, with staff who genuinely care about your experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

The water in the pool could be a little warmer.

Great place to relax with family. The rooms were very spacious, modern and well equipped. The pool was great. Open from 3pm to 7pm which was enough. The apartment was very warm. The beds were very comfortable, although the bunk beds are more for children.

The bus service provided between the villages was sometimes lacking, busses would just drive past without stopping leaving us waiting 45 min. The bread service was a hassle also, as new guests we were not aware that there are two apartment hotels with the the name Emma, it took well over 2 hours for someone to inform us that our order might be at the other apartment building, and then had to walk there to find out if our order was there.They are well aware that his happens sometimes but did nothing to help.

The apartment was very comfortable. We were 4 adults and mostly out and about. We did not need anything more than what was provided, and everything was in perfect working condition. On arival, we were offered welcome drinks by the host before we proceeded with our check-in.

The property should have more basic kitchen equipment ( spoons, forks…) and basic cleaning equipment.

Whole building needs air conditioning. Too hot at night and fan should be included without having to pay extra as this is ‘luxury’ accommodation.

Our stay at the Emma Deluxe Hotel was incredible, thanks to Natalie. She upgraded our room to a stunning apartment with a breathtaking view and also offered us a late check-out. Her warm welcome and exceptional service made us feel very special. The apartment was beautifully equipped, adding to the overall luxury of our stay. Highly recommended!
