ItalyI would suggest to provide rooms with an Electric kettle and a small refrigetor, this latter useful for those who in half board want to maintain some food to take away for day- time hiking. Maybe a bit more prolongued time of opening for the SPA instead of the daily 4 hours.
The location Is very convenient, close to the center. The view from the room was fantastic and all the structur Is brand new and of high quality as Wella as furniture in the room. Beatiful SPA. Breakfast Is complete, with sweet and savory buffet. Good choice also for the dinner. Very useful the Premium card for guests that offers free ride with pubblic trasportation and with the cable car accross the Mountain till Switzerland.

CanadaI didn't know that most everything in Ischgl would be shut down in September. There wasn't as much to do in the town as we had hoped. However, we still enjoyed going up to the mountains in the cable cars, walking around and enjoying the food up there.
Fantastic in every way. The hotel was modern yet cozy. We loved the decor. The room was large, clean and very nice. The food was the best. We don't have a restaurant that would have comparable food in my city. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would warmly recommend this hotel.

Czech RepublicWe paid for 3 nights and half board. Unfortunately the last night the restaurant was closed (restaurant includes the front desk) which was a surprise for us. No info during booking, checkin in at the front desk after our arrival or during the stay. So we are one dinner short we paid for. Another small detail, I had a strong feeling the German-speaking guests are bit more welcomed here but that’s just my perspective …or I am just ugly old man.

United KingdomExcellent family run hotel who are involved daily and ensures that service is at the highest standard. Great hot breakfast as wells as standard cold cuts. Restaurant has excellent menu so if you chose halfboard you will not ran out of choices in 7days. Room is spacious, especially by European standards and the bed is very comfy! Location is perfect, quiet, away from walking tourists but minutes into it where there are shops, cafe and restaurants should you want a bit of liveliness.

GermanyAmazing new hotel, which is conveniently located next to the tunnel which takes you directly to the Gondolas or aprés ski. They have indoor parking, an amazing Sauna area. They have a great restaurant, it’s recommended to take half board because the food is excellent. The rooms are spacious, and have their own heater thermostat, so if you like to sleep cooler(like me) you can switch off the heat, some other hotels do not have option, and you need to open the window and it’s hard to regulate temperature.
