The place is good, but going to shared bedrooms you never know who you will meet with. I had a very smelly and noisy experience. I guess the hostel cannot force the guests to take showers. But they really should. If you go in a group of people you know, it should work smoothly.

Ideal for cycle tourists. Facilities were good. Early check in allowed. Room was very basic but adequate. Cycle overnight storage was available. Near to good restaurants within 20 min walk. Expensive as this is a hostel not a hotel but it is Salzberg. Staff really friendly especially Nicoletta. Good breakfast in nice surroundings.

The hotel staff were really friendly. Overall, it was a decent stay. One of our room’s showers was broken, though. The breakfast had a good variety, and the chef was also friendly. However, since the hotel is far from the bus stop, it felt inconvenient when we had a lot of luggage.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. The property was a 10 minute walk from the tram stop and it was a 15-20 minute ride onto the centre. Near the hostel there is a nice river walk

The room had weird smell like undrained water. No handwash or soap in the room. Charging spots in the room should be more.

There are lots of free parking spots directly next to the building. Bus stop is close by. Hiking trail and farms are very close with 1 km walk. The breakfast was very good. The premises are beautiful. Building is really clean. They provided 2 towels per person.

Location (3/5): The hostel is located quite far from the bus stop. So you need to walk 500-600 meters if you don’t have car 2. Service (4/5): The service was excellent, particularly the receptionist, who was both friendly and considerate. She went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 13, including a booking mix-up, with grace and understanding. 3. Rooms (4/5): The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Our group stayed in three 6-bed female dormitory rooms, and despite the challenge of including one male friend, we were able to settle in comfortably. 4. Breakfast (4/5): The breakfast provided was a great start to the day—delicious, fresh, and satisfying. It added a lot of value to our stay. Notable Highlight: We had mistakenly booked three female dormitory rooms for our group, which included one male. The receptionist was kind enough to let our male friend stay alone in one room without additional charges or penalties. She only requested that we be watchful of such situations in the future, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, the hostel offered a welcoming atmosphere, great service, and a good breakfast. Highly recommended for group travelers!

No kitchen or even a kettle to make a cuppa, although I did discover a fridge in the basement. Very limited food available from reception, which means you might end up spending a lot on eating out. If not en suite, the shared bathrooms were not particularly secure.

Amazing breakfast. Spacious rooms. Very quiet at weekends although it also houses a school so louder during the week. Location is a few km out of the centre, but there's a bus about 10 mins walk away. Close to the river. Bike parking. Shopping centre on the main road near the bus stop. (I was in 4 person room that was advertised as having 1 double bed for 2 people, which I was a bit concerned about. My room didn't have a double bed, but there's still a chance that some might.)

location during the day is fine, 20 min by bus from the city center. However, by night girl alone it was a bit uncomfortable to walk there, but maybe it's just because I don't know the area and it was quite dark, though nothing happened.

The price of one night is a bit high, it is about 20 to 30 minutes away from the city center, there was no soap in the bathroom, and very few electric outlets in the room

I still can't come to terms with the fact that just a bed in a shared room with five strangers can cost 40 Euros.

Good hostel. In a quiet and peaceful part of town, close to the city centre. A good breakfast included in the price. The room, toilet and shower were clean. Lockers in the room. I liked it there.

The bathroom was filthy, with lots of fungus in the shower and weird red stains on the walls and the ceiling. I'd be ahamed to rent out a room with bathroom in such condition to people.
