There are no such things. Just one suggestion - coffee, tea, and number of cups could match the number of guests in the room.

My only issue was that there was no kettle in the room to make a cup of tea. I was very jetlagged and wanted to make a cup of tea at 3am when I was wide awake. The night before I had asked the staff how to use the coffee machine downstairs to make boiling water but it was a hassle having to walk downstairs to make it and carry it back up. The machine also wasn't working so I had to come back upstairs to get my phone and use Google translate to figure out what was wrong (the coffee grind drawer wasn't properly inserted or something). I finally got my boiling water, which was a relief but it would be much more comfortable just to have a kettle in the room. Otherwise, no complaints! I would happily stay here again.

Fantastic location between the train station and the old city. You can walk everywhere. Great supermarket nearby. Very clean. Fast internet. Friendly staff who let me check in early. I slept very well.

Bathroom was small, which wasn't a problem for me but could be for a lot of people

Clean room and bathroom, good room size, GREAT air conditioning (one of the coldest i have ever been in), close to train station and city center, helpful staff with remote check in and check out, great price for F1 grand prix weekend

Really enjoyed my stay here. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Large room, spotlessly clean and in nice condition; the air-conditioning was very efficient and easy to operate too. Bathroom might be a touch small for some but was fine for me as a solo guest and again, spotless, and with a shower that worked properly. Good breakfast room with terrace and nice selection of breakfast items. Hotel is conveniently located reasonably close to the central rail station - my room was very quiet too. Nothing I didn't like, although it would have been useful to get English subtitles on the TV, but that's not very important. Good value for money: I would happily stay there again.

A wonderful and very welcomng Hotel in an excellent location in Central Graz!!!! Excellent Transport connections and also within a nice stroll to the UNESCO Innere Stadt, which includes the Uhrturm. Schloß Eggenberg is about 30 minutes walk (on a beautiful day) but there is also a Tram available. I would go back plus highly recommend it to anyone!!!! 😎

Everything is fine, perhaps I would add one chair in the room for 3 people (there were only two), also in the kitchenette was missing a knife. Also, count on the fact that the windows of some rooms face the street, so having an open window at night is somewhat problematic.

First of all, I would like to evaluate very positively the helpful and understanding attitude of the receptionists. Furthermore, excellent breakfast with plenty of vegetables, cheese, yoghurt. The room was very clean and spacious.

Bathroom could use a bit detailing... it looked like it is not finished yet. No cabinet, no curtain or glass door on shower,no place to put toilettries. A bit empty. But clean and okay. Also, would expect toillettries from a 4* hotel.

    Very friendly and helpful staff!

This might be of course not so easy to change but the walls of the rooms are very thin. You can hear what the guest in the next room is saying through the walls.

I stayed there for the third time. I like the location, the breakfast and how helpful and friendly the staff is!

Room could have been cleaner; some areas eg. the bathroom were spotless but when I moved a bottle in the minibar to put my own drink in there I discovered that the bottom of the fridge was full of dead flies which I had to wipe up myself, clearly it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The windowsill was the same, lots of dead insects. Disappointing because the rest of my stay was great!

Wasn't expecting my single room to have a bathtub so that was a lovely surprise! Excellent location if you're using the train station, only ten minutes from there and 15 minutes from the town centre BUT be aware that the Graz tram system is free within the centre plus one stop outside it, which means there's a free tram to and from the town centre via the Roseggerhaus stop only 3 minutes walk from the hotel! Reception staff were friendly but not intrusive which I appreciated, everything worked properly, comfy bed, consistent hot water, lots of plug sockets in the room, plus plenty of loo rolls in the bathroom. It was also free to leave my luggage by reception (until 8pm, when reception shuts). Check-in and check-out were both nice and quick. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff could work on their friendliness. If you're manning the reception desk at a hotel, you need to be friendly. The woman running the breakfast seemed particularly unhappy but maybe she was just having a bad day?

Location is good if you plan to walk around to see the sights. Hotel had parking on site which is always good. Not many spots so make sure you reserve in advance.
