Everything, the location, the staff, the convenience. The staff were extremely helpful. They called the car rental company to help me with a problem. They allowed us to shower in the afternoon on the day we left.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend on the slopes. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. And the location was quiet with several good restaurants nearby.

This was our first time here and we loved it. It is roomy, comfortable and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to the grocery store, had a lovely dinner at the restaurant across the street and used the bread service for breakfast to save time before setting out for the day.

Communication with the front desk is challenging even in the limited time windows they are online. I would suggest this hotel moves to WhatsApp for ease of communication even when they are not present on site. Unfortunately, they only remembered to give me my Guest card (Gastkart?) for lift discount at Day 10, after I had used the lifts. This inconvenience resulted in me spending an unnecessary extra ~30-40€ in total for the lifts in Kitzbuhel… I am aware the hotel takes feedback into account since some of the prior comments I had read were resolved when I was staying, so hopefully they also implement this upgrade for guest experience and remember to hand out the Guest cards during check-in...

Lovely property with spacious accommodations and decent SPA facilities that created a homely feeling over my ~2 week stay. My living room had a nice view of the Wilder Kaiser mountains. Kitchen was fully equipped. Also, on Sundays the traditional church choir plays very nice music in front of the hotel.

To my knowledge the steam room wasn't functional. Also in the spa there was a tap for water but no cups to drink with and don't forget your room towel!

Modern, quiet, looked after. Two doors separate bedrooms which muffled noise massively. Facilities which made my experience, fresh bread, cured meat and of course, equipment dry room, sauna & jacuzzi. At least three reputable restaurants in walking distance and a mini supermarket. Free ski bus stop 30 seconds away.

There is no iron or washing machine.

The property is nice and cozy. You can walk morning in the nature. There is a supermarket with a bakery near it, 5 minutes walk. I booked an apartment with three rooms, every room with its bathroom which makes it comfortable.

There are no sauna towles. If you want to get a new towel you have to go to the reception (in hours that it works - mentioned on website) and pay 1 Euro for each towel. There is no bathrobe for wellnes. There were any cup or glass to drink water in sauna. There were a lot of English people, partying and yelling in sauna/ wellnes area. There were going in to the sauna in swimming suites. That was especially not nice when they come straight from outside whirpool. Than was a chlorine smell all over the sauna. Some of them accidentally tour on alarm in sauna. After around 15 minuts I have to go and turn it off by myself, couse there was no hotel staff.

Nice apartament, big, clean and modern. Just don't understand why in such modern place there wsa no induction kitchen just simply electrical one. Nice welness area - nice saunas, hot, good looking and very comfotable fot laying rest area. Location good, you can drive in just few minuts to many different ski slopes.

There is no breakfast, but the bakery opposite the hotel served very nice and delicious treats. The reception is open within certain intervals, but this was in line with the ski opening and closures, therefore always available for us.

There is nothing I didn't like but if I could suggest something, it would be to upgrade the pillows. Some of them were not great

We loved the location, the style of the apartment, how well the kitchen was equipped, the space in the apartment, the ski and boot room, the sauna and hot tub, very accommodating reception staff, the convenience of ski bus just outside of the property, the short bus ride to one of the best ski resorts in Austria and closeness to bakery, restaurants and supermarket

We really enjoyed our stay there. There is a very cute Spa in the basement, with a hot pool outside in snow. I should say that the room was very very clean. The kitchen equipment were very complete and exceeded my expectations. the most pleasent thing for us as a family with a child of 4, was the tempreture of the rooms. Maybe because our room was on the ground floor (directly above the spa) ... the room was very very warm, although the tempreture outside was very low (minus).

The reception was rarely open in the short time periods it was meant to be open (opening times written on the door). There was no one to help when we had problems, got locked out because other residents took our cards in the ski locker room and again in the wellness centre. Also nobody there when we checked out so will we get our deposit returned?.... They forgot to open the wellness centre for a full day and nobody in reception to fix it. There are less boot racks than hotel beds so most mornings had cold wet boots and evenings returning on the last bus we have the awkward fight for rack space. The heating in the building is 400 degrees F during the night which is really uncomfortable. They charge for any extra towels and give a slither of washing up detergents regardless of the length of your stay, so be prepared to buy your own and face the rest of the hotel residents attempting to take your clean towels in the wellness centre if you don't pay absolute attention to everyones movements. Also the floor is dangerously slippery when wet in the wellness centre and the wall copings are sharp as a knife so easy to slice yourself on the sharp edges when you inevitably slip - that was not a highlight! The ski slopes were great though and the bus stop is close.
