Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaThere's absolutely nothing that I can mention in this section.
Everything was just perfect. It was a beautiful and larger than expected double room with ensuite facilities and quite warm. It had all the amenities as described, along with a terrace/ balcony as some may call it, with a beautiful view of mountains and snow fields. The location of the house is literally 2 mins walking distance from the bus stop, from where you can get the ski bus, that takes you to St Anton and you can choose to drop off at a location of your choice. It's a free service, to and from St Anton main bus stop, just under Randelbahn lift service. Besides, there is another bus stop as well at a 7 min walking distance from the house, just on the other side though, which is connected to St Anton via a different bus service,. This makes the commute easy, specially when returning. One thing to clarify though, is that it's not a hotel but more like a home stay, but with all the luxury and services. Breakfast is served every morning. I am a vegetarian, but I didn't feel any issues, the options available were more than satisfactory for me. It's a very friendly environment in the house and everyone is very polite, which makes your experience even better. I would personally want to thank Christian and his Mom, for letting me use the kitchen to boil milk which I needed for medicinal purposes. This was my life saviour as I wasn't in the best of my health after 1 week of skiing and this was going to be my second week, which would have been very challenging to survive, had it not been for my luck with the kitchen availability. They also have a ski storage facility in case you want to use it. And a separate room for the boots, on a hot rail, that heats them up and dry by the morning. I had a great time during my stay and interacted with almost everyone in the family, who could speak English. I also met some great snow-sport enthusiasts over the breakfast table and had good conversations.

United KingdomExcellent hosts, an amazing cosy apartment, exactly what we hoped to get. Everything was superbly clean and comfortable. The hosts were great and very accommodating. We felt we had made the best choice for a week in and around St Anton..extra bonus of course is the bus stop, which is less than a minute walk from the House and for English speaking people there are plenty of TV channels should you have time to watch TV 😊

PolandA clean and spacious apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Great location: 30m to the skibus that takes you to St Anton in a couple of minutes, walking distance to a supermarket and a couple of restaurants. Friendly owners that reacted quickly to any requests.

PolandExcellent location for people who need peace and quiet. Trip to the ski lifts is fast and easy with the frequently running shuttle bus. The apartment is well equipped and has the necessary amenities. There is a ski storage unit and, inside the house, the ski boots storage with the drying rack. The Host is very nice and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay.
