There was nothing I didn't like.

I totally enjoyed my stay and the staff did a great job helping it to be relaxing and enjoyable. The food was excellent and a great value for the money. The view was gorgeous. I just wish we could have stayed for 3 nights instead of 1. The pool, sauna's, and steam room were fantastic.

In the centre of the village. Hotel personel perfect. They opened the sauna and the pool just for us. Food was tipical enough and different everyday.

The room is not like in the pictures, it was more a 3 stars than 4 stars. The room was not cleaned completely everyday, we didn't have shower gel in all the 4 days of our staying.

Very warm and helpful staff, every time we ask them for instructions and advices, very nice indoor pool. Large rooms.

All was great. It is a little bit far from Salzburg but that is perception.

The staff was really nice! From bartenders to cleaning personel, all had just one goal: helping us and make us feel welcome. The sauna was great, swimmingpool fantastic and the food (breakfast and dinner) was very good!

We made a late online booking and even though we were arriving after the hotel's "official check-in" time, the staff called us to say they will arrange access for us afterhours. We also asked if it is possible to have a couple of beers waiting for us in the room - lo and behold there was a bucket full of ice with beers put in our room. Room was spacios, clean, well equipped, super comfortable. Hotel itself is absolutely lovely. Breakfast was amazing.The staff is friendly, most helpful : the lady at the reception was asking us which direction we are taking to continuo our travel and then proceeded to check live webcams and road info to provides us with the most recent status update. Hotel's location is superb too. I can only speak in superlative terms about the hotel.

Maybe it would be easier to find one's breakfast table if one did not need to walk around all about five rooms in the restaurant until one finds the one assigned and marked by a card with the name - it could be told before the first breakfast. Swimming pool not pleasant for elderly when children keep jumping into it. All room facilities listed on booking.com except the coffee machine are there in the room..

Double room on the 3rd floor was really comfortable and had a fascinating view. Excellent choice and quality of both hot and cold food offered for breakfast. Location is central. Cozy furnishing. Professional and nice personnel.

It is a pity that the beds are all double,it would be good to be able to split the bed to make two singles to avoid having to use a "made up bed" in the sitting room.

Breakfast was ample and good quality. The room was good with a good balcony. Bathing facilities were good.
