Even if the accommodation doesn’t provide laundry facilities, they let us use their washing machine.

After a rainy day, I would’ve appreciated a drying closet or good ventilation in the room.

Room was nice, the breakfast was great, clean, overall a great stay!

You definitely need a car to get around from this location, buses aren't very frequent

Located at a wonderful place, with stunningly beautiful nature. The breakfast was good. Free parking. I accidentally left a jacket at the hotel and the owner was so kind as to send it to me by post a few days later.

I am giving a negative review because the room was advertised on booking.com in an unacceptably MISLEADING way. It was presented as a room with three large beds (strange as it may sound), while in reality there was only one large bed and a very small bunk bed. We were two friends but not a couple, so it was a difficult choice who would have to climb to the narrow and uncomfortable bunk bed. If we had known how uncomfortable the room was for our needs, we would have booked something else, much bigger, at a comparable price. The room was overpriced for its size. After I sent this feedback to the owner, they did not recognise this mistake or offer any compensation for having mislead us.

The location was great - a bus stop was in front of the door, the bus takes you directly to Gosausee. At the accommodation I was warmly welcomed by Alina, who was very kind and helpful. Also, the breakfast was excellent and the beds very comfortable.

Amazing views at this location. It is pretty close to lake Gosau. Pretty clean rooms. Breakfast were amazing. We will recommend this apartment to our family/friends. Parking is pretty big. Personal were professional and friendly. We cannot wait to come back again.

Family friendly property in a great location less than 10 minutes away from the beautiful Vorderer Gosausee at the foot of the Dachstein. The staff is very friendly and professional.

The location is simply amazing! One of the best places I've been and we had a room with the best view of the mountains and the surrounding area. They also have some comfy chairs outside where you can just chill and look at the beautiful landscape. Also Hallstatt is very close to this location and staying here instead is much cheaper. The staff, Alina, Daniel and Ovidiu are some of the best guests we've seen in our travels. they were very welcoming and also quick to solve our problem (we had a small problem with the toilet water tank and they replaced it very quickly the next day). The Breakfast is very good! They have a free nearby parking The whole place was very clean and I really liked the cozy place at the entrance where you can just lay down and read something or spend some time as a family our in a group.

The bathroom was pretty small and I don't like the fact that the shower has a plastic curtain, which is not that pleasant or hygienic.

The pictures do not do this place justice. Very well decorated thoughtout. Beautiful room. We had a quadruple room which worked great for our family of 4. Great location for Vorderer Gosausee. Alina was very helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfasts didn't cater very well for vegans, but luckily, we came prepared with some plant-based milk for cereals and made good use of the fruit and breads on offer. I suggest staff to ask if guests need help with bags rather than stating they will help and then expect a tip. I know this is standard in some countries but some may find this ungenuine. For us it was 1 flight of stairs and 2 small carry on bags.

Good overall location, beautiful views, cozy.

Me and my girlfriend had a room that faced the sunrise, which can a bit of a problem in summer since the sun comes up very early. As a result, we woke up much earlier than we had planned. I’d suggest adding a blackout curtain to help guests sleep through the early morning light. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Located in a very nice area, view, easy to get there. Hosts were extremely nice and profesional. Alina and Daniel welcomed us very friendly and offered support with accommodating.
