Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The surroundings are beautiful, with horses adding to the charm of the place. We felt like we were on a holiday at a family member’s home, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience.

NetherlandsThe room was very hot because there is no AC. When you try to cool it down by opening a window, mosquitos get in. Would be very nice to invest in AC or something in the windows against the mosquitos.
Very friendly staff. The room was also very clean and it's a good, quiet location. The breakfast each morning was excellent.

An excellent choice of accommodation in a quiet location, just off the main road, 20 minutes to the ski resort Wildschönau, 15 minutes to Therme Zillertal. Spacious rooms with bathroom facilities, cleaned daily, clean and tastefully furnished. The hosts are very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast fully sufficient and tasty included in the price of accommodation. Definitely a great place to spend a week in the area.

Nicely designed room (as in the photos), good breakfast, very nice host. The property is on the outside skirt of a small town, in the main valley. There is a horse stall also with some very beautiful horses.
