The location was perfect. The amenities were great. The breakfast service was amazing. Good food and excellent service. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, quirky hotel with lovely staff. Rooms were modern, comfortable, clean and well appointed. The interior of the hotel had interesting modern art on every floor and lots of interesting things to look at. Hotel close to museum quarter and hop off/on bus. Highly recommend.

Loved the private sauna. The rooms were very well furnished with great quality materials and amenities. It is also very well located. The front staff were also very helpful and friendly. We weee upgraded to a suite upon arrival which was a really nice treat.

Staff didn't inform that the parking garage is 400m away, so if you intend on booking, be aware of this. The pillow selection on the beds was limited and they were quite flimsy. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Beautiful little historic boutique hotel with amazing artworks over every wall, nook and cranny. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for accessing museums, galleries, the palace and the old town.

It was absolutely fine. Sorry but I can’t comment on many of the facilities because I didn’t use them.

I didn’t use the hotel much beyond a place to sleep. However my room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was particularly good.

The hotel is in an ideal location if you want to experience the Museum Quartier easily. There are also excellent restaurants in the area and an apothecary shop across the street. Taxis arrive in record speed!

Size of room was a bit tight, but still ok

Beautiful artwork, today rooms, the lift is especially unique. Staff were superb. The private spa included in the room price was a fantastic addition, as long as you booked your timeslot. I doubt it is always used as a relaxing private spa retreat by most couples, good job everything is heavily sound proofed

It was perfect

We loved this hotel. It is about 6 minutes walk from the museums district, the underground and trams. Cafe Sperl is 3 minutes away, there are 2 supermarkets close by plus a place that will wash your clothes. As it is not in the heart of the cafe and bar areas it is very peaceful at night.
