How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast could be better, the choice is quite poor for that hotel.
Location is really good. Great view from any room with balcony. Very clean. Suitable bed.

The only table service required is for beverages during meals, which was slow and sometimes disorganized (on more than one occasion, we gave up on reordering drinks). It’s not possible to charge drinks to the room, so remember to bring a payment method with you to the restaurant. The hotel spa area could perhaps be larger and better suited to accommodate the number of guests staying at the hotel.
The hotel is impeccably clean, functional, and ideal for someone like me who suffers from respiratory allergies: in addition to the excellent cleanliness, carpeting is limited to the corridors in common areas, while wood is present throughout, making the hotel more hygienic and providing a warm atmosphere. The cuisine is excellent, and the buffet meals ensure guests leave the table fully satisfied, both in terms of variety and quantity. The staff (with an average very young age) was always helpful and kind.

The dinner is served at two times- 18.00PM and 19.30PM. If you dont manage to reserve dinner at 18.00, you will be very hungry till 19.30 if you are a skier. to my opinion- not very clever organised. Also, my husband had a ski injury, and the receptionist didnt now the telephone number of doctors for that kind of injury ( which is common in Bad🙈) so.. he google searched it😕I think that hotel like this has to have several numbers of doctors just in case!
The breakfast is excellent, dinner even better. The 🧑🍳 cook is great. Also, Laura receptionist is very kind and helpfull. Location is excellent and hotel is clean. I would visit Cooee again.

Delicious selection of food for both dinner and breakfast. Even got a smoothie as a welcome gift when checking in. Staff super friendly and helpful. Great views from the rooms, very clean, modern and comfortable

Just a very small thing, you can't charge drinks and food to your room, but have to pay separately each time.
Hotel newly renovated, simple but really pleasant design. Good starting point for hiking or skiing. Good size room, with nice balcony.

It was nice that it had a playroom for kids but it was very little toys to play with in it. There was just one huge pillow per bed and it was extremely uncomfortable, was impossible to sleep on it.
Very convenient hotel for couple of nights, close to gondola, thermal pools, good breakfast, parking in front of the hotel.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area with a great view from the balcony, you can also see from here the alpine coaster and cable car, which are located at 2 minutes walking. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the good and varied breakfast and the staff from the reception were friendly and helpful.
