Apartment would require some maintenance. Doors are screaming, some lubrication would be nice to prevent generate disturbing sounds. Also bed frames are falling apart. Some appliances like bread toaster appear to be quite used beyond their best times.

Apartment is close to the city center and parking is available close to the apartment. To separate bedrooms are spacious enough to accommodate family with 4 members.

First of all, nice service from the host. The apartment felt very homely - it was simple, but clean, tasteful and full of light. That said, with curtains it was dark and the neighborhood was quiet so we had a nice sleep. The location was close to everything in city center, so even though we arrived late and left early we managed to visit the city.

Location is great ,only 10 mins walk to old town . Very close to Lend plaza ,which is lively and good for pubs and restaurants only 5 mins walk . Apartment is bright ,clean, spacious and very well equiped . Would definitely recommend staying here , easy check in and check out aswell .

The only downsides of the kitchen were dull knives and a single scratched non-stick frying pan. Then, I'd welcome some curtains in the bathroom as the shower is right towards the window.

Parking was not free but at least we didn't have to worry about parking

Staff was very welcoming, he asked us if we were first time in Graz, and since we were, he drew important locations on map and handed it to us. We also received a map on Serbian language since they had it which was very helpful. Apartment was exceptional, we felt at home the whole stay.

A spacious, comfortable, and homely property with everything you need. A plus is that it’s a short walk to the city center. The host was exceptional- going out of his way to be helpful. Would definitely come back!

we stayed there during the hottest days ever - so air-condition was missing...

well equiped apartment with unique atmosphere - we liked sitting on the small balcony :) rooms were nice and beds comfortable. walking distance from the city center.

The only very small thing would be better pillows, but in know way is it a criticism the accommodation was just top notch.

Everything was perfect, great location within easy walking distance of the old town square. Our host could not have been more helpful and organised parking just across the road from the apartment.

Host should be really considering AC unit at least into the apartman under roof. There is fan in every room but its not enought and its hard to sleep threw it at night. You really can not have open windows due to traffic.

I never met such a well-equipped apartments,there were absolutely everything for comfortable accommodation,very spacious,manager was pretty considerate and polite, location is nearly in downtown,in a nutshell my family and i got impressed, strongly recommend ,keep it up,guys

Spacious and well equipped with little unexpected extras ie bathroom products. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Staff very helpful and nice.

There were 3 flights of stairs up to the apartment, location was about 15 minute walk to the centre

Paying for parking on a weekend when I could have parked on the street for free!

Proximity to Al;t Graz was great - enjoyed walking into town. The Eggenburg Museum (and its sister sites) are a must see when visiting Graz!
