Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. CanadaThe shower door wouldn't stay closed and leaked, and it didn't drain properly because it was clogged. One of the mattresses in the bedroom was uncomfortable, and the pull out couch was very hard.
The location was good, and everything was clean. Communication with the host was also good.

SerbiaMaxi is wonderful host, there to answer any of your questions in any time. Flat is in great location, everything that you need, from bakery to shops, coffee shops, esc… Flat is really spacious, from washing machine to dishwasher, hairdryer, flat iron,…. Just needs more sheets for beds. But i always carry that with us so it wasn’t a problem 😊 Wish Maxi many more years of success! God bless!

TurkeyAlthough it was the beginning of September, the first 3 days we were there Vienna was very hot, 2 fans in the apartment were not enough to cool down. Maybe July and August may need air conditioning. Mosquitoes were a problem when the windows were opened. Air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows can solve the problem.
The instructions for entering the house were very easy. In general, the kitchen utensils were sufficient. Our host Maxi was very interested. He responded very quickly to our messages. The location of the house was really good, it was close to the U3 subway, there were grocery stores nearby. It was easy to get to the sights of Vienna by metro. Towels, sheets and general cleanliness were adequate.

Amazing location, close to public transport of all kinds. Place is sparkling clean. Communication with the host was excellent. Spacious place with two bathrooms and a bath.

Very spacious,and very clean, comfortable furnished apartment. Nice wooden floor. Clean snd quiet house. Excellent location, within walking distance to the Ernst Happel stadium. Very close to the metro or tram station, a couple of stations to the center, to Prater, to Donaucity. We felt safe in the surroundings.

LatviaHair dryer and fan did not work. The biggest disappointment was that this exact apartment didn't have an aircon, although it was mentioned in its description. The host said it was a misunderstanding because they have few apartments but the aircon is only in a penthouse. This was quite unpleasant because it was +32C outside, and even fan did not work. Would be nice also to have some supplies for the washing machine and for the dishwasher, otherwise they are useless
Easy communication, great host, we were allowed to check in earlier and to check out later free of charge. Free wifi. Washing machine and dishwasher installed. Metro station next door. Kitchen etc. In general nice for 2 people but not in summer.

SerbiaThe toilet is separated from the bathroom, which is not a complaint, but it would be good if there was soap in it as well.
The apartment is well equipped. The location is excellent. Isolated from the center but very well connected. The proximity to the metro and transportation is excellent. The U3 line brings you to the center very quickly. Nearby there are shops, restaurants, fast food. The parking lot is 200m away with a price of 8 euros per day.

SerbiaThe apartment itself lacks air condition, which poses a problem during the summer days and high temperatures, since the fan itself isn't able to cool down the apartment so easily, but we managed with it somehow. The building itself reeks of some strange smell, which is like a combination of chlorine and trash, fortunately for us it didn't reach our apartment, but was very unpleasant in the hallway. The bed mattresses could use a replacement and maybe the whole bed completely, since the surface on the back of the bed is falling apart, leaving small white crumbs od leather everywhere. The street in front of the window can be quite noisy early in the morning due to the traffic, but only when windows are open.
A small and cozy apartment that is a good value for money for two persons. Nearby is the U3 station, as well as two bus stations and tram 18. Pretty good connection to the rest of the city. It posseses washing machine with drying function, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, as well as all diswasher and all dishes needed to cook by yourself. The water heater works on gas, which is quite helpful, having the hot water anytime needed without waiting for it for too long to heat. The apartment was very clean and the bathroom is quite big. Maxi was very polite and offered any help needed.
