The location is great for long week- end stay with family. There is a parking place nearby, U-bahn station, bus station, easy to go in every part of the Wienna city. Park Prater is 2 km away and you can go there by foot.

The shower door wouldn't stay closed and leaked, and it didn't drain properly because it was clogged. One of the mattresses in the bedroom was uncomfortable, and the pull out couch was very hard.

The location was good, and everything was clean. Communication with the host was also good.

Maxi is wonderful host, there to answer any of your questions in any time. Flat is in great location, everything that you need, from bakery to shops, coffee shops, esc… Flat is really spacious, from washing machine to dishwasher, hairdryer, flat iron,…. Just needs more sheets for beds. But i always carry that with us so it wasn’t a problem 😊 Wish Maxi many more years of success! God bless!

Although it was the beginning of September, the first 3 days we were there Vienna was very hot, 2 fans in the apartment were not enough to cool down. Maybe July and August may need air conditioning. Mosquitoes were a problem when the windows were opened. Air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows can solve the problem.

The instructions for entering the house were very easy. In general, the kitchen utensils were sufficient. Our host Maxi was very interested. He responded very quickly to our messages. The location of the house was really good, it was close to the U3 subway, there were grocery stores nearby. It was easy to get to the sights of Vienna by metro. Towels, sheets and general cleanliness were adequate.

In that price range I would wish at least a few coffee pads and tea/sugar (not from previous guests). Bed and bed linen seem old with room for improvement.

Amazing location, close to public transport of all kinds. Place is sparkling clean. Communication with the host was excellent. Spacious place with two bathrooms and a bath.

Very spacious,and very clean, comfortable furnished apartment. Nice wooden floor. Clean snd quiet house. Excellent location, within walking distance to the Ernst Happel stadium. Very close to the metro or tram station, a couple of stations to the center, to Prater, to Donaucity. We felt safe in the surroundings.

It needed more sheets because we were four. For the couch, it had one, and it was not clean or folded, like it was used and not cleaned.

Hair dryer and fan did not work. The biggest disappointment was that this exact apartment didn't have an aircon, although it was mentioned in its description. The host said it was a misunderstanding because they have few apartments but the aircon is only in a penthouse. This was quite unpleasant because it was +32C outside, and even fan did not work. Would be nice also to have some supplies for the washing machine and for the dishwasher, otherwise they are useless

Easy communication, great host, we were allowed to check in earlier and to check out later free of charge. Free wifi. Washing machine and dishwasher installed. Metro station next door. Kitchen etc. In general nice for 2 people but not in summer.

Very affordable, in a good location, and very quiet. Near the Prater! And very close to tram and metro. Good wifi, comfortable. The common areas seem a bit outdated, but in fact you forget about that once you are in this nice spacey apartment!

Bedrooms are connected with no door in between. Decking and some furniture needs some attention but all usable

Price is not low hence few suggestions for improvement, that can be easily made: Could be cleaner (e.g. below the dinner table). Kitchen could be equipped with new sponge and towel to make it more practical Bed in the room closer to the exit door is not comfortable. Pillows can be better

The toilet is separated from the bathroom, which is not a complaint, but it would be good if there was soap in it as well.

The apartment is well equipped. The location is excellent. Isolated from the center but very well connected. The proximity to the metro and transportation is excellent. The U3 line brings you to the center very quickly. Nearby there are shops, restaurants, fast food. The parking lot is 200m away with a price of 8 euros per day.

Apartment is close (600 m) to the international bus station. It is also very close to the U3 underground subway, to a supermarket and restaurants. Apartment has a kitchen, so you can cook by yourself. It also has a washer. You have everything you need.

Some facilities were not working well ( the fridge light, the toilet door and the the fan above the stove). I also wish we had more toilet papers.

The apartment itself lacks air condition, which poses a problem during the summer days and high temperatures, since the fan itself isn't able to cool down the apartment so easily, but we managed with it somehow. The building itself reeks of some strange smell, which is like a combination of chlorine and trash, fortunately for us it didn't reach our apartment, but was very unpleasant in the hallway. The bed mattresses could use a replacement and maybe the whole bed completely, since the surface on the back of the bed is falling apart, leaving small white crumbs od leather everywhere. The street in front of the window can be quite noisy early in the morning due to the traffic, but only when windows are open.

A small and cozy apartment that is a good value for money for two persons. Nearby is the U3 station, as well as two bus stations and tram 18. Pretty good connection to the rest of the city. It posseses washing machine with drying function, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, as well as all diswasher and all dishes needed to cook by yourself. The water heater works on gas, which is quite helpful, having the hot water anytime needed without waiting for it for too long to heat. The apartment was very clean and the bathroom is quite big. Maxi was very polite and offered any help needed.

Very residential/business district so not a whole lot of local cafes/restaurants.

Great location close to tram/underground provides easy access to centre/train station. Very quiet.

Nice and clean apartment, has all the amenities and well equipped kitchen - for those who travel with children is a perfect choice. It is located near the metro station and few public transport stops, therefore it is easy to travel around the city.

Beds could be more comfortable

Metro stattion is a 2 min walk. My work place was right in front of the apartment so very convenient.
