Perfect spot.

Everything we needed was available The chalet had all the equipment we needed. We like to clean daily and vacuum, and everything was readily available. The drive to the chalet was smooth. There is a short one-way stretch that lasts about two to three minutes, which is completely normal for a high alpine location. Overall, a great stay. We would definitely come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alpenjuwel Chalet, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the majestic views truly breathtaking and the perfect backdrop for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. The chalet itself is incredibly well-equipped with all the amenities you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the sauna was simply fantastic – the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff were another highlight of our stay. They were not only friendly but also super responsive and helpful. Any question or request we had was answered immediately with a smile. Their warmth and efficiency really added to the overall experience. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful time we had at Alpenjuwel Chalet. We’ll definitely be back! In summary this stay was the highlight of our trip

Most helpful staff and owners who explained everything needed at the beginning and were always available. Clean, cosy spacious accommodation with maximum comfort. Washing machine and dryer available. Handy storage which is available with all necessary equipment, drinks and frozen pastries which you can freshly prepare yourself.

Second visit here and not disappointed. Stunning location with views to die for. Excellent overall accommodation, clean, modern, comfortable. Eat at the Hotel Alpenjuwel restaurant if going, strongly recommend it. Hope to be back!

The road to chelat. I stayed in the rear chelat which was in the first floor and was not comfortable as all because of the neighbor chicken sound from the early morning. It is very difficult for who has a big luggage you have to carry it to first floor.

Chalet is small Stairs to use Road is dangerous and narrow Nothing close by ,you are almost isolated Not good for family with children My chalet has no view and was in the middle You have to go first to the main hotel building in downtown to check in and they will send some body with you to derive to chalet At night you be by yourself no help You are in tip of mountain no walking area . You have to pay for extra tea or coffee even for sugar No room service .

When we arrived at the cabins there was no one to receive us and we were not informed that we would have to wait for about half an hour. After that the cabin was freezing and it took almost a whole night to warm it up so that the children could sleep comfortably - what's the problem with heating the cabin before the guests arrive?? And the worst thing is that we already went to sleep and it turns out that all the sheets are full of animal hair - the owners of the place were angry on us for waking him up and asked to change the sheets. Just disgusting Although the place is beautiful I will never return to a place that does not respect its guests
