Dario came outside to meet us when we arrived, showing us to our room and offering to help with our bags. He went above and beyond our entire stay, making sure we had what we needed and sending recommendations of things to do. He was very personable and funny to talk to, one of the best hosts we have ever had! The hotel itself was beautiful- we had the entire top floor to ourselves which included a well stocked kitchen. The hotel is right next to a river and the location could not have been better. Very close to Gosausee for swimming and climbing, supermarket is a few minute drive and many restaurants in other hotels available for food. We had coffee on the balcony every morning, a relaxing way to start our day.

The shower and the toilet has access from bedroom. From us was no problem. Is good to know. In bedroom was a section of floor that creaks with every step. Is also good to know.

The host was amazing. He give us any information we need about everything around. The apartment was very, very clean.The view was fantastic. From kitchen we admire Bischofsmutze and from bedroom, the Gosau Valley. In the kitchen we found everything we need. We must respect this kind of host. If we visit again Gosau, 100% we will stay here.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is recently renovated and absolutely spotless—by far one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, located in a quiet area with free parking in the yard. The view from the balcony is stunning, and the mountain peaks seen from the kitchen window are a lovely touch. Yumiko and Dario are truly wonderful hosts—friendly, attentive, and they gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area. Highly recommended for anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, and warm hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

We had some trouble finding the place upon arrival, so the location details could be more precise. The beds weren’t very comfortable, but considering the price, it’s just a minor detail.

Great location, the accommodation was well equipped — you’ll find everything you need for both a short and a longer stay. The owner was very kind and helpful.

This was probably the best stay out of our trip. Value for money is off the roof. The host was super cooperative and amazing. He guided us properly throughout the trip and stayed till late as we had a late check-in. Great rooms, fully equipped kitchen and we got to cook food after eating durums and doners throughout our trip. The space was so big, each room had its own restroom. The location was ideal and it felt like you could just sit and connect with nature. The freshest oxygen I have ever breathed. 10/10 a must stay. I am definitely coming back and this time for more days.

Very spacious and immaculately clean apartment, excellently equipped kitchen, very quiet location away from the main road, ideal location at the end of the Gossau Hintertal not far from the lake. View from the windows to the mountains. Parking at the house.

Balcony would be nice :-). But if the balcony in the common 1st floor dining area can be used it is completely fine. There is a lot of work to be done on the house, but the apartment is relatively rewened and fully funcuonal.

It ia a quirky little place. The house is old, but the apartment is large and has all you need. It is clean and beds are quite comfy. It seems like a lot of work on the apartment has been self made and there are cavities and steps and all sorts of strange things. But overall it was one of the best places we have stayed in during our trip. Plus Roberto and his wife are super nice. Also the location is great. Even though not central, there is a nice hike just behind the house. Gosausee 5 min drive and the same does for Funicular to higher places 🙂. Overall not much to moan about. Great value for money.

The equipment is a bit retro. The shower is very small and strangely designed, as is the toilet. One of the bed was very uncomfortable (soft and creaky).

The location is great. The owners are very kind. Apartment is large and has beautiful view. The price was lower then the others at the location.

We stayed here as a group of 8 friends and everything went smoothly. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay – thank you!
