Nothing really. The bed was a bit hard but it was ok.

The landlady was super nice and helpful, it was very clean and the breakfast was very complete. The town is quite, well located and nice, and if you go in the summer, you have free access to the lake to relax and swim.

Charming family-run bed and breakfast. The rooms are compact but spotless and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable short stay. The host is welcoming and shares plenty of helpful tips for exploring the area. A great bonus was the mobility card provided with our stay, offering free access to local public transport and discounts on various nearby attractions.

Lovely stay in a quiet, rural area, yet close enough to Kaprun and Zell am See. The apartment was spacious, well equipped kitchen, clean, and comfortable.

Apartment cleaning is not necessary....

I spent three nights in Casa Montana with my son and we were fully satisfied with everything. Location simply perfect, approximately 15 min to Ski lifts to Kaprun Gletcher or to Zell am See lifts, also the same distance to Kaprun Therme. Clean apartment with balcony with tasteful breakfast buffet, really nice place to stay and also very friendly, polite and helpful owner, Mrs. Jolana with a smile on her face. We appreciated it😊

We had a realy good time as a family, The host has made us feel like home, and brightened each morning with her positive attitude, The included breakfast in the cozy breakfast room was appreciated by each family member, specialy the fresh bread everyday, eggs, bacon, coffee, cereals etc... Also appreciated the daily cleaning of the room, clean towels. Close to the ski resorts and no traffic.

Fridge little bit noisy from time to time but nothing we could bear :).

The host, Jolanda, was very kind and truly cares of her guests. Also, I travelled with dog and he has his own blanket, bowls, towel, etc. so I found it very touching. Our room was big, with nice armchair and lamp where I could nicely read. Also, I very much enjoyed balcony with plenty of sun during morning so we had our breakfast or early lunch there. Bathroom was brand new renovated, beautiful. I also enjoyed lighting in the room, the dim one which had created great atmosphere. One could say that the kitchen was a bit older but we did not mind, on contrary we were so much grateful for the oven. Also, the bed was comfortable. The house had very nice energy with candles lit during the evening which created such a cozy atmosphere. Jolanda was also very helpful in recommending walking paths for my dog and the rules regarding dogs around which was great to know. Skiing to Kaprun 20 minutes by car while Kaprun thermal baths 15 minutes. There is also very cute local train which deserves to be tried. We really felt welcome and had full privacy during our stay. If we travel around this area again we would love to stay with Casa Montana.

The furniture is a bit old and you can hear pretty well what is going on in the next room.

We stayed in the 4-bed room for 3 nights and had a very nice stay. The accomodation is pretty close to ski areals and the breakfast is simply AMAZING.
