Neutral rather than negative: The hotel offers a simple and functional place to stay. The furnishings are basic and practical, without larger attention to detail. Check-in is handled via a self-service kiosk, and there’s little to no personal interaction. It’s clear that efficiency is prioritized over direct contact. The outdoor areas feel somewhat neglected but certainly serve their purpose. The location is neutral – not particularly central, but not remote either.

The bathroom was clean and perfectly fine, though not recently renovated. A clear highlight was the breakfast: varied, fresh, and nice breakfast area. For the price paid, the value is certainly fair, though not exceptional. If you're looking for a straightforward overnight stay with a good breakfast, this place will meet your needs.

The Rooms look dated and you can see that they rebranded and refurbushed an old hotel. For example the lights in the rooms are from the eighties.

Carpet might not be the best choice of material for the floors, when pets are welcome.

Good, versatile breakfast. Comfy beds. Nice staff. Large room with a balcony. Dogs welcome. Ample parking space. Well organized check-in & check-out through a self service portal/machine. Good communication via email before check-in and -out (one just has to read the emails... 🤦😂).

There is no reception on site, the restaurant also mostly closed until the evening on certain days, if any issue, we had to go to the hotel next to HappYellow, which has the same owner. This was very annoying. There is no communication with administration and we could not ask anything or let them know if we needed attention. For example, when check in in the machine wasn’t working. We were there during new year holidays, and in one day there was no cleaning done, including dirty dishes were staying on the floor in the corridor, sauna was not working and there were no towels.

AUTOMATIC CHECK-IN ASSIGNED US TO A DIFFERENT ROOM TYPE THAN WE HAVE BOOKED AND PAID BUT THE RECEPTION AT THE NEXT HOTEL QUICKLY RESOLVED THIS PROBLEM (THE ONLY ISSUE DURING OUR STAY).

BREAKFAST VERY GOOD NICE DINNING ROOM, GREAT LOCATION FOR SKING , CLEAN, NICE STAFF. IT'S JUST A LITTLE BUT LOCKERS FOR THE INDIVIDUAL ROOMS AND A MIRROR IN THE SKI ROOM WERE A NICE PLUS.

Friendly and kind stuff with a very flexible owner. The location are perfect,and you can rent high quality e-bike directly which is a big goal. Absolutely amazing breakfast, and very dog friendly place. Highly recommend

The bed was uncomfortable, there was literally no one at check in and it was really tough to do it on a kiosk as it was written in German, even the English option did not work. We have to walk to a hotel nearby for breakfast and to talk to a human. Anastasia also had no clue about any restaurants open for dinner as she was trying to sell her own restaurant but we found a burger joint 4 mins away.

The location and the shower facilities. This was the best shower I had in my entire Europe holiday. Also, they have Netflix and YouTube which is not there in any hotels usually. The breakfast was really lovely and Anastasia was a good host.
