Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandThis is the coolest accommodation we have EVER seen! It’s like an art and music gallery inside the entire building. Each apartment has a different theme, we stayed in the Elton John apartment with one large double bed and two bunk beds in one bedroom loft. Owners, Julia and Hannes welcomed us on arrival, they are soundest young couple. Julia was available on WhatsApp for anything you might need. They also own the restaurant downstairs which is also very class. Apartment was amazing, spotless, warm. Beds very comfortable. Our apartment had one toilet with separate shower room, which was very convenient for our group of four adults. Full kitchen with all you need, all the Smeg appliances were very cool. Everything was high spec and felt very cool and luxurious. So much work has gone into making these apartments very unique and special. NB: If you like to puke everywhere, party all night or smash things then these apartments may not be for you as they are way too nice to wreck. Short walk to ski bus stop and 2 minutes bus up to gondola. The walk home after apres ski is only 10-12min or you can ski all the way down to the round about. We booked ski equipment storage at the gondola but they also offer storage at the apartments if needed. All the pubs and restaurants 2 minutes walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
