Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The stay at Bio Bauernhof Perneißl was simply one of the best stays I've ever had. Where to start? The owner made us feel very, very welcome and at home. She was such a delight! She even made us Kaiserschmarrn since the restaurant had none. Truly something I will never forget. Thank you, again! The location was amazing, as if walking around in the Sound of Music. It truly felt like a small piece of paradise, with some deer in the morning, cows on the fields, mountains and a waterfall nearby. The house itself was really nice too. Good beds, huge balcony, very clean, fine kitchen, nice shower and family games to play. And oh, a good soundsystem so I could play my Spotify jazz-list. We stayed for a week and were sad to leave. I can fully recommend Bio Bauernhof Perneißl. It was, again, the best booking I've done so far at Booking.com Me, my little daughter and partner are missing it already. And to the owner, Brigitte, thanks for everything! You are the best! Hopefully we will come back again :)

We loved everything from start to finish! We travelled to Bischofshofen and were immediately welcomed by Balthasar and his partner, who handed over the keys with a thorough tour of the house. The rooms were all beautifully crafted and fitted out, and we felt at home as soon as we'd set foot there. The views from the house alone were spectacular, let alone how close we were to so many wonderful places nearby. It's the perfect place to stay for both groups of friends and family groups; there's lots of communal space, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware so that self catering is extremely easy! Balthasar is an amazing host; he was on hand to give advice on the area (pointing us to some delicious local honey!), but was never intrusive, and we were very sad to leave the house in the end!
