Unfortunately the building itself is very old and our room in particular was quite dirty, having some stains on the wall and in the shower. The corridors were dark and dingy. The breakfast was good not great. Overall, for an Austrian hotel in the center of Lienz I would have expected more. A small renovation would most certainly help.

The hotel is in a perfect spot and the staff is super friendly and efficient.

During the summer heat, air conditioning in the room is the only thing missing for perfection. However, this is not a problem for a one-night stay.

The location could hardly be better, as the hotel is right in the center and the breakfast was simply fantastic. Combined with the friendly staff, a great experience is guaranteed. As a bonus, there is parking for motorcycles in the garage directly below the hotel—you could hardly ask for anything better.

The hotel (and my room) is/was a bit outdated- but if you are not there for the show but for a comfortable and clean stay it is perfect. It was a good price for the value.

The bathroom was not completely clean and it was old with multiple colors paint. It had no ventilation. Since there was a heatwave, the room was also very warm as it has no airco.

The hotel is located in the center of Lienz. Breakfast was very good. Bikes could be parked inside the parking garage.

There was no AC or a fan. No kettle or tea and coffee, but worst was the noise from town and the area outside. This went on until past 3am and then the road sweepers at 7am, on a Sunday! We had a terrible night sleep.

Free parking on the street at the weekend. It's an extra 15 euros if you go on the hotels underground car park. Check-in was easy with English spoken. The room was very large and clean. The breakfast was good. The location was good for us as a stop over on the way elsewhere. The town was pleasant but got rowdy later in.

No air conditioning. The response of the lady at reception when I requested an electric kettle and tea-making set. It was made clear that this request was unusual and an imposition. Actually the information in the room says that tea or coffee making equipment can be requested. The equipment was provided, and it was fine.

Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was comfortable and large. The breakfast was of good quality and plentiful. There was even use of a sauna on request which was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast buffet was outstanding. A wide variety of choices, very ample. The hotel was very well-located in Lienz, a five-minute walk to the train station, and a two-minute walk to the central square area. The room was large and very comfortable, and guests could enjoy a sauna and/or exercise in a well-equipped gym.

The location is excellent, the room is big, but the corridors are dated and the carpet is screaming for a change! The staff is very nice and the breakfast was very good!!!
