Best breakfast we had during our entire trip. We loved the pool and the saunas. Staff was very friendly. Great room with lots of space for the 4 of us.

What I would definitely impose is breakfast.. i think the people who pay for the pool and location expect also better breakfast. There was not enough food one hour before closing (i took the last scramble and it was not replanished in the next half an hour, the last slices of salami and tomatoes. I would also add meat from chicken, i think there was only pork. And soap and shower gel was hard to squeeze out. And would be great to extend hours of stay until 12 :)

The room was good, with direct entrance to the pool, sunbeds and small table. The water in swimming pool was just perfect, very warm, i think there was written 30° or smth like that. The view from the pool is good. From one side of the pool is directly parking which is a bit on the lower level that’s why it was still totally fine.

The room was so nice and there was so quit at the hotel. The heated pool was absolutely perfekt, the spa area, staff, parking, breakfast and everything was just perfekt

The staff. We were really happy in how we were treated. The lady in charge was very nice and attentive. Service was a 10 on everything! A lot of parking spaces and very safe, room was very big, pool and jacuzzi included, food was amazing.

Really clean and decorated very cute. The hotel lodge has Austrian feel with up to date facilities. The washroom was compact but was thoughtfully designed to make it more space friendly which I appreciate. Staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to any inquiries. The location is really nice, you can easily get to various hiking trails in the area by car.

The city of Rinnen and Berwang is not that interesting, so you will need to drive to other areas to explore - if you are not hiking!

Very friendly staff and nice place to relax with the nature and hiking-tracks at the door-step. Breakfast was really nice. We didn't have the chance to try the restaurant in the evening, so we will have to come back. Very nice pool and spa facilities and there was a very nice calm to the place. Very nice waterfall just a 5 min walk from the place.

The room only had 1 bathroom,the shower is really small it's difficult to actually shower in it ,the TV is very small and the Jacuzzi was not operational but the one thing I disliked the most is the fact that I rented the room thinking it was close to Neuschwaistain castle and it is not it took us 40 minutes to get there when I did the booking it was advertised as 8 kilometers away from the castle and in realty you are almost 40 kilometers away if I would have known this I would have chosen a different hotel but the information in the location was misleading

The place was clean and the rooms were very spacious I rented a family room and it was a really good size

The quality of the items of the breakfast was very regular, old fruit salad, bad charcuterie items quality, I really didn’t enjoy much the quality of the breakfast… the decoration is very outdated but that is just a preference thing I guess… the hotel was full and we booked for the same day but there were no towels and bathrobes at the room to use at the sauna for us. They gave us bed blankets to dry ourselves… for a 440€ night I really thought that it could be better…

The room was very spacious. We had two double beds. The place it’s located was very beautiful. And the receptionist was very kind.
