The receptionist is not friendly. I paid in the evening of arrival, but in the morning he told me that he doesn't remember that and I had to look for the Invoice to show him.

Beautiful alpine location, lovely hospitable staff. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. Really liked the bar and games area and locally brewed beer on tap.

The location is fantastic and the views from the hotel are quite breathtaking. The owners are very helpful and and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean the food is great. To be honest this hotel has a golf theme to it which is not my thing but even if you do not play it is worth staying there as it is so nice and I would go out of my way to stay there again.

Very friendly staff, nice location near golf course. Spacious parking lot. Clean nice room, very nice brakfast. We stayed 1 night enroute but this can be a nice palce to stay for a few days and explore the region.

Unfortunately there were 2 negative aspects that forced us to low down this review a lot. 1) The room was not very clean (we found hair on the bed and inside the shower when we entered the room). 2) And more important thing - our stay was destroyed by the experience we had during the check-out. Evening before we came back to the hotel late and parked our car on the one and only available place on the hotel parking. In morning we saw that our car was blocked by another car and the hotel owner told us that we used that parking space of their neighbors. Unfortunately, the sign that this part of the hotel parking does not belong to them but neighbors is written on the asfalt, but covered with snow and ice, thus impossible to see. There was a ladder standing on the side of the parking but its impossible to recognize that it's role is to prevent parking in that certain zone. What shocked us was the approach of the hotel, instead of apologizing for this inconvenience and going to resolve the issue with the neighbor, we were told "go to that orange house and say sorry, ha". Sorry for what? That hotel doesn't have enough parking spaces? Or is not able to just put a table "privat park-platz"? After we were not able to reach out to the neighbors (because hotel owner sent us to the wrong door) at the end he went to resolve the case and neighbors told us that it is 5th case in 1 month when people park their cars there and they are tired of that. Maybe, this review will help to resolve the issue with that parking space and will prevent guests from being in the same frustrating situation where we found ourselves at the end of our vacation.

The hotel is very cozy, situated in the residential calm area. The restaurant offers dinner for guests and provides breakfast in the morning where you can see also a certain variety of food. Our room was small but new and very "efficient" with all you need for a comfortable stay. Kettle is a very big advantage! Value for money is very good and it it a very good place where to spend few nights.

We really recommend the hotel owners to change the dirty old carpets everywhere which doesn't make a good impact on the tourists once they entry the hotel. We also did not like the noisy running children out of the rooms without being said by anybody to calm down as they are not the only one to live there. The cousine is very poor but breakfast are at least ok. We did not enjoy beeing served by waitress with a cold, red nose and using the tissues all the time and than touching our glasses. We really think, that sick people with respiratory deseases should not work in the restaurants where they prepare drinks or food. Please, be carefull and mindfull. Thank you. The small room was cold and the energy was heavy. But after moving to another room it was much better.

Well, it is ok to stay in this hotel if there is no other option. Our experience with this place is that most of the people in this area are somehow not "tourist friendly", from this point of view, this stay was ok. Our son liked their warm croassants for breakfast, which was the reason we stayed. We enjoyed the big room. The big room was warm enough.
