Excellent localation and very comfortable rooms

Breakfast for such value of money could be better

Great position directly on the slope, in winter ski in/out, in summer a lot of options hor hike, delicious food, great view, ideal for families

absolutely magnificent view. very pleasant and nice no-fuzz mountain lodge

the room facing the mountain was 8n the corner and had literally no view, and not much privacy (common varanda with corner and neighbours looking straight into window). But it was cheaoer... yet it could perhaps be indicated a bit more clearly how different the views are

The location is excellent for walks uphill. And it was so quiet at night. I loved our balcony.

Everything was just good but the breakfast was a bit pricey in relation to the contents.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Berggasthof Höllenstein. The hotel is situated in a stunning location, just 7 minutes away from the center. In my opinion, this is a unique place to stay, offering breathtaking views that you simply can't get down in the valley. I was warmly and graciously welcomed by the hostess, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are impeccably clean, modern, and equipped with everything you need. For me, it's a perfect 10/10! I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

Everything was perfect!

Awesome viewpoint. Very service minded and friendly staff.

The view was excellent and it was really worth it going up there. The room was clean, the bathroom had modern equipment and we were impressed by the quality of the craftsmanship of the interior finish and furniture. We enjoyed the silence of the place. Our host was very kind and helpful and she was flexible enough to leave us a key and all the information we needed printed, because we arrived after the check in hours. The breakfast was delicious and very attentively prepared. We are looking forward to come back here!

Location is wonderful, on the hill, so you can look around and its very quiet. Staff is very friendly and food was nice too. Room looks new and modern and the bed is very comfy.

There was no fridge, kettle and hairdryer in the room, but I guess I didn´t notice it in the room facility description so still give it 10.

Astonishing mountain view.

Everything was fine, except challenging narow road to the hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights in the middle of August. Athough we were traveling with a small car (Toyota Yaris Hybrid), getting to the hotel, which looks like challenging, was not a problem at all. The breakfasts were good, especially the scrambled eggs! Apple strudel was one of our favorite extra options. Certainly, the experience of being in the heart of the very beautiful nature of the heights of Wagrain will be one of the lasting things for us! The staff was attentive to the guests, in our case when we wanted to eat breakfast outside, or when we asked for a hair dryer, and even when we asked for food after kitchen hours.

About the breakfast, except for a variety of sweets, the rest of the breakfast menu was the same and maybe it could have more variety. There was no mini-bar or mini-fridge in the room. The view of the room from the balcony was not like what we had chosen, although you can't go wrong in enjoying the view in that beautiful nature!
